AT&T Store

Had a great experience this morning. Wes was very quick and helpful. Also the manager Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this duo to anyone.

We often use ATT stores out of the area, but I am so thankful for my local store—and especially Gwen. She resolved all of the issues, and really took the time to be sure everything was fixed before we left. It is good to know we have great people at our local ATT store.

Cody Connally was my store rep at the Gallipolis AT&T and he went above & beyond! Very friendly & easy to talk too. He helped me get my account set up and my new phone ready to use. Highly recommend this store & the reps. Especially Cody! Excellent customer service. He even contacted me after I left to make sure I was happy and content! 5 star service from Cody! Hopefully I will get him again if I need to return in the future. Good job Cody!

They were very busy but Logan was patient, professional and helped me get everything handled. Great customer service he is a big asset for ATT.

Eric was the gentleman that helped me at the Gallipolis, Ohio store and he provided awesome, top-notch, excellent service. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and just went above and beyond to meet our wants and needs. I would most certainly pay this store a visit just to do business with Eric again. He was great and I cannot praise him enough for the hard work he did and the time he spent getting us what we needed. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

My friend Angela and I had an amazing experience at your Gallipolis Ohio store. Connor and Seth were absolutely amazing! They were both knowledgeable and very patient. We both left feeling like we received 5 star quality service. We need more people like Seth and Connor in customer service

Garret is top notch !! Very knowledgeable of what he’s doing. We received excellent service from him from the moment we set down at the table to the moment we left. We didn’t feel like we were being rushed so he could proceed with someone else. I highly recommend him. He met and exceeded every exception Thanks again Garett for all your help !!

My husband and I stopped in to check in some Apple Watch upgrades. The particular ones we wanted weren’t in stock, but the associate that was helping us, Capri Nolan, was quick to check and see about ordering them. Not only did she quickly help us find what we wanted, she went FAR above and beyond to make sure we got the best deals imaginable and hooked us up with the new Direct TV streaming service. Because of her attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help us, I can honestly say that it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had with AT&T!

My mom bought a new phone last night. Had great help from Garrett. We needed more help with setup and Tori helped us today and was wonderful! Great service from both representatives!

Ashley was super helpful and very knowledgeable…. My experience was great and she never made me feel like she wanted me in and out. She took her time and listened to what I asked for and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. Very nice lady!

I’m reviewing again to add Capri as a very knowledgeable and helpful person at ATT in Gallipolis. I’ve been very impressed with the team’s help in getting me products that fit our needs along with the best deal. All of them, Capri, Cody, and Manager Ashley, worked as a team to provide excellent and patient support..

Capri was the best at helping us with the selection of our products we bought and transferred everything on to our new phones. Was very polite and you have a great girl working for you. Will be back.

Cody was great. We came in to fix a service issue (turns out it was a widespread thing and not just us) and order a new ipad. He also went through options for making our bill as cheap as possible. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I visited this store today to pick up my online order and purchase accessories. Josh was very fast and efficient with my online order. Jimmy was knowledgeable about which accessories I would need to choose from. Ashlee and Dakota were incredibly friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

It would be hard to say enough good things about Eric, the AT&T Associate that helped us today. He was not only helpful right from the start but pleasantly offered all the help to get our new phone up and running. He shared his time, knowledge and expertise in getting things transferred from one phone to the new phone. He took the time to not only offer a new service to help save us money but to also make sure everything he mentioned was not only correct and doable but to assure us that if there were any questions or concerns later that he and his store would be there to help us. This has taken a lot of stress out of the entire transfer of not only a phone but service for possibly our TV as well. His easy going, sincere, helpful, service is rare in this day and age. And though there are many good people in this world customer service does not always Excell as well. Eric's friendliness and personable, professional help was very much appreciated. In our opinion, Eric is a model employee and one who should train others in service such as this. Unobtrusive, pleasant, personable, friendly, helpful, and volunteering where he knows there are also things that he as an ATT employee is able to help with and volunteers to do these things should you be interested in those services.
