The people here are extremely nice and as my first time making an account they guided me very well and explained everything I asked it was a great experience.
The people themselves are delightful and I had a good conversation with them they are just full of positive energy and it makes the experience stress less and fun.

Do not use Pnc or Pnc Merchant services for business banking. They will upsell you on devices that you can only use with their company they have high monthly fees. If you don’t use your devices, they will cancel your services account without your knowledge. If you call Customer Care lines, they don’t care at all. They blame me for not using my Merchant services, but charge me gladly for it every month. Merchant services is a scam. You don’t actually need that service then they can’t even tell you what the service fee is for, other than that the tellers were friendly, the loan officer and the guy that made my bank account and the merchant service guy on the phone we’re definitely paid by commission So they only care about a sell

I’ve been banking with PNC Bank for over 20 years. The fact that they keep closing branches locally or making it so that they are not even open for personal banking on a regular basis. It says all you need to know about where their focus is. Not on their customers! I recently had to fight fraudulent charges on my account for two different occasions. Upon asking for a new debit card due to the fraudulent transactions, they issued it, then charged me for the card! That small fee shows me exactly what they think of their customers. Just dollar signs. Time to take my banking to a local establishment and leave Pennsylvania banking alone!

Terrible terrible service. The manager needs to step in and do some quality control at this branch. The tellers need to be trained on efficiency and etiquette. Waited in line for 30 minutes to find that there has been an extra fee added for cashiers check. I told the teller that I would just get the cash and get a money order cheaper next door at Marc’s. She then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to go to the ATM?! Why would I do that after waiting 30 minutes in line. The tellers are slow as molasses. Training needs to be implemented on how to provide better customer service. I am considering changing my money to a different bank after the progressive decline at this branch.

The branch is awesome I'm tired of mobile deposit not working I can't properly manage my bank account because every single day there's a problem with the app it never used to be like this now it happens so much I got to the point I don't even want to bank here anymore I can't even see my money and who wants to call and wait for balences and not be able to check their transactions? This is horrible

Terrible experience for my husband and mother today with “Jessica “ the notary. Her lack of competence and the fact she clearly didn’t read caused a lot of confusion today. It resulted in using another notary in which went by smoothly. Had Jessica taken time to read the documents she would have noticed that it has two options to select from. 1. Notary public and 2. Plan representative
Option 1 was chosen and she refused to sign stating plan representative needed to be signed by me. Incorrect information Jessica I’m not the plan representative that would be the employer. All you had to do was read and do your job. I even called the company and have it recorded that you were wrong. Because of this you all have lost a customer and I’ll be sending this to corporate as well. Next time take a few seconds to read the document before turning someone away.

The bankers don't know how to count I pulled out all my money from my account I asked for 181.07 and she put on my deposit sheet 181.02 and then only gave me back 81$ so when I went to say something they told me I now have to wait until the end of the day and just hope her drawer comes back over 100$
