I want to give them 7 star if I could. This is the best Mexican bowl and burrito place we’ve ever been. The meat inside is so soft and juicy. It was even above my expectation. Personally, this place is much better than famous Big chain restaurant ChipotXX. And the price is so reasonable!

The staffs are very kind and hard working. The atmosphere is just like Mexico even though I’ve never been. I would definitely come back after shopping at Wrentham premium outlet! There are free tables if you want to eat before you leave.

+ Don’t forget to order the red beverage! The most popular one. It is super great.

I’ve been a customer since I moved to MA three years ago but I hadn’t ordered online until yesterday. I was so easy and my pick up time was on point. My order was exact and everybody loved the food and the portion sizes! I highly recommend Santa Fe in Franklin. The service, the food, and the cleanliness are all top notch!!

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had an Al Pastor burrito and a carnitas nacho. The large amount of food was very filling and even better was extremely tasty. And it wasn't just filters, there was plenty of meat. Great flavor throughout and many friendly, helpful people behind the counter. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.3.

I recently visited Santa Fe Burrito Restaurant in Franklin and I was thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the flan. This traditional dessert was executed to perfection - creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness, and a beautifully caramelized top. It's a must-try for anyone visiting the restaurant. Not only does it round off a meal perfectly, but it also stands out as a memorable dish in its own right. Highly recommend giving it a try when you visit Santa Fe Burrito!

Food is particularly good with generous portions. Manager David is also very easy to talk with. Usually, they get it right the first time, but recently when there was a glitch on a particularly busy evening , he was so gracious and fair in his handling of the situation. Not what our experience is in some other places with pricier menus. I believe that also says a lot about this place. Enjoy!

Not only were they incredibly friendly upon entering the restaurant, they were super helpful, fairly inexpensive, and the food was excellent. My wife and I shared a nacho and salad meal and had about 1/3 of it the next day for lunch-portions are very good. They made sure our son had no dairy in his meal. It was just a great experience. We will be back and this place is a gem!

This place is has an assembly line for your meal a lot like Chipolte but 10x better. You select a bowl, burrito, or quesadilla, your meat, and toppings. The meats are very flavorful. The topping selection was huge. Everything looked and tasted fresh. The staff were friendly as well and made me feel welcome.

We went here thinking it was going to be more of a restaurant but it’s like a chipotle where you go up to the counter and tell them what you’d like. I definitely loved it though and they had authentic Mexican options, like Al pastor, which was delicious. They also offer potatoes as a topping which I found delicious in my bowl. They also have sitting inside so you can get your order and eat in the restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely better than a chain burrito restaurant.

Great place, always consistent, good food. Not sure why people would pick chains when places like these exist. Service is always super fast, food is great. I always pick between Mango Lemonade and horchata for drinks too because both are good.

Hands down best burrito around! You can always taste the freshness and you cannot beat the deals on mondays! Line's are long but they move fast🍺

The food is always delicious (street corn in a cup and the guacamole are a must have) and consistent. The Monday special is such a great value too!

I have been going to Santa Fe,s for around five years now with my family,we all love the food and service. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Always delicious, ready quickly. The food is super fresh, not too salty. Never had a bad experience and it’s our go to!

Love the $5 bowl/burrito deal on Mondays. The staff was fast and friendly Andy helped accommodate a special request.

We love the Monday night special! Our family of four can have a dinner we love for under $25. Best deal in town.

Great food, ate a barbacoa burrito and it was delicious, one thing I’m going to point out tho is how the burrito was formed inside, which I really didn’t like having all the cheese to one side but other than that it was delicious! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and got a job near there so I’ll be in soon again to get another great experience!

As always, the service is impeccable, the food is delicious and the Monday special keeps me from feeling guilty about grabbing take out for the family. Everyone is satisfied and full after eating Santa Fe Burrito Grill!

I got the burrito bowl with steak. Way better than Chipotle! Loved their queso. When I'm in the area I'll be back for sure :)
