It took a bit longer to look at my truck that they originally said but they were still faster than other places I called & everywhere seems busy currently.

I originally took it in for possible transmission issues but wanted ball joints, an axle, alignment & adjust the steering (that a few other places told me wasn't possible). They could've given me a story to charge for transmission repair but were honest & said it was fine. I've had other places triple charge for parts & here the part prices seem a bit upcharged but reasonable as I don't expect to pay what they pay. My truck is old & I've had other places damage the truck trying to get bolts free without repairing damage done. This place did everything with no further damage which couldn't have been easy because I tried getting to the driver side ball joints with no luck. Last place I took it charged 2/3 more than quote while not doing all the work agreed on while here my quote was what I paid. This was the 3rd place I asked to tighten the steering but the 1st to actually do it even after telling other places how to do it.

I can do most of my own repairs but during the winter I don't like working on my vehicles outdoors. I know enough to know if a place is a rip off or hack job. Professional Truck & Auto seems like quality workmanship at a reasonable price & I would happily take my vehicles there again.

Fred and Mike are honest mechanics that do good work. Would 100% recommend anyone to go here if you are tired of getting ripped off by the big auto stealerships. These two get it done right, and i prefer to spend my money at local businesses.

Excellent service. I took my car in the shop at 4:30 in the afternoon and the repairs were done the next morning at 8 am. I needed an AC compressor replaced but for a “walk in” I think it’s very fast.
I found the price quoted by Mike to be most than fair so this is another plus for the company.
I will definitely tell others about this repair shop.

I am relatively new to living in North Ridgeville. I needed to have the oil pan gasket on my 1994 Mercury Capri convertible replaced. I knew right away when I spoke with the repairman he was smart. The first question he asked was how rusted the car was. He told me the price to do the work would reflect extra work if the car had rust issues. I was impressed and had the work performed. I dropped the car off on a Sunday night and the work was finished on time and was exactly the price quoted. I am very happy with the work done and the customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone needing car/truck repairs.

It's now June 2020. I have been using Professional Auto & Truck Services for several years. They have repaired both mine and my wife's vehicles numerous times. Work has always been done with quality. Never had to bring my vehicle back. Always knowledgeable, and great service. Not sure how well they do on price, but I keep coming back because of the competent technicians. I love when I ask them to diagnose the problem they actually find the source of the problem instead of just using the parts cannon. That speaks volumes to me when someone knows how to actually diagnose instead of guessing.

I have been going to Mike Pollock at Professional Auto & Truck Sevices since he started working in North Ridgeville. He has always treated me and my family fair and professional. His ability to diagnose the problems with my vehicles has proved to be very valuable. His services has always been fast and very effective. I would highly recommend him and his crew for all your auto, truck and tire needs.

I have a box truck with a liftgate on it that was stuck in the down position. Mike was able to try a few things over the phone to determine if I could bring it in to him or if he would have to make a service call. I was able to get it to his shop and after ordering the part I was able to bring it in the very next morning at 730 and Mike installed the new liftgate motor. Everything went as planned and he did a good job.

The best review I can give Professional Auto and Truck Services is that I trust their opinions and their work. They are friendly, provide a loaner vehicle and their prices are very fair. I will keep coming back!
