Giant Eagle Supermarket

Shopped at N. Ridgeville Giant Eagle today for the first time. Found everything we needed and we had the best cashier. RJ was quick, pleasant, efficient and had a great attitude. We were there after 5:00 and he had been there since 11. I know he was tired but he still gave the best service and was so kind. RJ was definitely an exception these days. Giant Eagle is lucky to have him.

Been going here for many years, never had a problem. PERRY has always been a very helpful and friendly cashier!

This store is always neat and clean and plenty of associates to help you.

I have been here many times, and the staff are either indifferent or nice - never rude. In fact, there are a few staff members who recognize me and engage in small talk. Who doesn't love small talk?

Thomas (in the floral department) definitely deserves recognition for his willingness to go above and beyond in his service to the customer. He made Mother's Day very special for my elderly mom, as I live in California and couldn't be there in person. THANK YOU, Thomas!! YOU ROCK!!!

My grocery store is neat and clean. Prices are fair, they have a great pharmacy team, the layout stays predictable and I can get in and out quickly. Employees are friendly and helpful at all times. Because of all these things, I rarely shop anywhere else.

This location is always a pleasure, clean, organized and the people are always helpful. I just wish they had the Shushi bar that some of the other locations have.

Prices are a little higher than other grocery stores nearby, but they have a better selection, quicker checkout, and sometimes even better quality items. Also clean/organized/stocked store.

My mom came through Jenna's line a couple days ago, and she wanted me to comment about her experience here. She says: " she was so nice, when I walked up she said hello and asked how I was right away! She made friendly conversation and didnt rush me even though I had a huge 500$ order. Andrew (she thinks his name is) bagged my groceries and made sure things were bagged together correctly. Very personal kid. She rang my stack of coupons and didn't act upset from it. When done, they helped me load my groceries in my cart as well and being old it helps my body." She said she will remain shopping at this one even though she lives in North Olmstead. Thanks for a great experience.

The deli and pharmacy are second none!! Thank you to all the workers that make this store a great part of the North Ridgeville community!

This is my Giant Eagle. I like it alright. I haven't had a single problem with it (except for the bathroom. Bathroom is gross. Always.) I wish it sold fresh sushi and stayed open 24/7. I have to run out to Great Northern /N. Olmsted once they close.

This is my favorite place to shop.

Giant Eagle in North Ridgeville is a relatively newly renovated store. It has a pharmacy, Huntington Bank, and State liquor store inside. Like all GEs, when they have a sale, it is worth shopping there. Recently, the company has dropped prices on everyday items, as well. Nice clean place to shop.

I shop at Giant Eagle at least two to three times a week the crew are always very helpful helping me find something if I can't do it on my own and telling me about specials that I may not know about I go to your store more than any other store when it comes to my major grocery shopping the fuel perks were definite perk as well

The employees are the best..especially the meat dept.!! Lots of prepared food too. Clean..great place to shop🤠👍
