AT&T Store

Wow! Mike is a master of his craft. I’ve called costumer service and got ran around for weeks. I walked in to Mike’s store and first thing he told me was I will solve your problem before you leave. Within mins he was able to understand n resolve my issue and saved me money. This guy is a master of costumer service and an IT wizard!

I stopped to upgrade my iphone and I was greeted with open arms and bright smile. “My name is Chris and I’m the store manager, how may I help you?” Chris was training a new store salesman. Chris was an amazing trainer and teacher. Chris displayed the eagerness.and asked all the right questions to move things along. He offered every single option to make that I received every thing that I needed. This was the best experience that I had ever had. Thank you Chris of the Center Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio location.

Candido was awesome. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us with all of our needs. I have been an AT&T customer for 20+years. I am glad that we finally have an AT&T store in North Ridgeville and exceptional staff to support it. I would definitely recommend NR AT&T to my friends and family members.

The gentleman that helped us is the one who recently came in and took over/runs the store. I unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he helped us get internet and cable. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We had our 3 year old daughter with us, he let us change the channel on the tv to keep her occupied, and let her run around the store (without damaging anything). He assisted and answered every question we had thoroughly. Definitely one of the best experiences I had, as he was able to also get everything set up and in motion, as we are moving to our new home in 2 days. We will have both internet and cable in time, and at a great price. Thank you to this gentleman very much! I will only go to this AT & T store moving forward.

Used to work with Austin at his old location and I now come up here to continue working with him. He is super helpful and never tries to sell me things I don’t need. if there is ever a problem he can fix it for you. Thank you so much Austin!

The new management at the Center Ridge Road store is phenomenal ! Very knowledgeable, patient, and beyond helpful. I honestly can not give them enough compliments for all of their time and help upgrading our family phones over the weekend.

First I was happy to see AT&T open a store in N. Ridgeville. I went in there to upgrade my phone. Everyone of the sales people & Mike, the manager were so polite & friendly. They were so helpful in getting a new phone. They were very knowledgeable about the phones. I will be going there again & will be recommending others to go there also

Aaliyah and Baylee are the absolute best!!!! The most down to earth customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nobody wants to go through the pain of trading in a phone and they made it seem so easy. If you need a great experience I highly recommend these two ladies.

Mike was very helpful in purchasing an iPhone 12 for my granddaughter. He backed everything up for her and made the process really simple. I am so happy you opened this store.

I am considering switching from satellite to the AT&T system. More research is needed on my part.
One major perk will be: no program interruptions due to inclement weather.
The staff at this location were beyond helpful. They took their time explaining the various available packages, the ease of use of the system and the advantages over a satellite dish system.

My husband and I drove an hour to come to this store to trade in our phones and we are super happy we did! Mike was awesome, the service was great, and he definitely wanted to make sure we were taken care of and got what we wanted!

Bayley was very helpful and wonderful to talk to. Mike was a riot that kept us entertained as well. Very concerned with our experience but made it a good time. New choice for our ATT store for N. Ridgeville.

Great experience in North Ridgeville! Brand new store and Kayla was awesome to work with. This was a complete 180 from the subpar conditions found in BOTH Elyria stores, staff included. Bought a new phone and was out the door in less than 30 minutes thanks to how knowledgeable Kayla is. Definitely worth bypassing other stores if you want it done right.

Well I was qualified to upgrade my phone. Went into this location and was helped by the nicest girl. Show me the experience pleasant and it didn't take long.

The manager was super helpful and asked if I needed anything quick while waiting on another customer. My thing was not quick but it was nice he asked and wasn't going to let me wait around for a while if it was something he could fix fast.

I had a very kind gentleman Amir, he had helped me greatly instead of spending a great deal of money offered a cheaper alternative he wasn't looking for just the sale instead to just help me I highly recommend the North ridgeville AT&T definitely will visit again!
