Outstanding attention to customer service and support from Mr. Ali and each of one of the employees at Xtreme! Spontaneously (as vehicles will do) had what I believed to be one problem, was greeted with reassurance and professionalism from the start when I called to inquire about said vehicle problem and was pleasantly surprised to be told that the team would be able to get me up and running right then and there. The whole process of diagnosing and repairing the (actual, different) vehicle issues was simple and comfortable, and I now trust that my vehicle is in great hands whenever taken to Xtreme Performance!

Great staff and fast workers , extremely easy to work with customer service. I've had several incidents with my vehicle all major failures when taken to extreme performance I was respected and thoroughly explained what each repair entaild. They may be a little pricey but at the end of the day it's certified work with a good staff a clean pretty waiting area educated mechanics and all of the work is warrantied unless otherwise spoken of beautiful

I had some new rubber installed on my Challenger Redeye and the initial shop messed up the balance and alignment. Brought my Redeye to Xtreme Performance to try and address the shaking/vibrating of my vehicle at 80+ mph. Allen (service tech) balanced the tires and additionally did the alignment to factory spec. They even went the extra mile and dropped my car off at my home so I didn’t have to worry about transportation! The owner Steve is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable about any car/make/model. I highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicle needs, both performance and daily driven automobiles are welcome at this all inclusive shop.

Hands down these guys are a no nonsense fix whatever problem your having kind of shop. Very professional staff and workmanship as well as fair pricing.

Steve and his guys installed a Borla exhaust and K&N cold air system on my 21’ Challenger. Steve was helpful on my initial call and gave me my best options based on what I wanted out of car. The install was quick and the service was great!

Called several places and Xtreme was the first to answer with someone who sounded as though they could help me. I have an '07 Saturn Ion that had a leaking exhaust. The rep on the phone told me to bring it in - they would put it on the rack and see what was needed. A mechanic came out and spoke with me explaining what had to be replaced and the cost. The work was done right then - they replaced only what was necessary, saved the catalytic converter and gave me a veteran's discount as well. An hour and a half later and I was on my way. Great service and a more than fair price.

I took my 1996 mustang gt to get some performances parts installed.
But I was having a little smoke from the tailpipe on when leaving a stoplight. So Dave is who I was dealing with.
I thought maybe valve seals were bad .
Before I go on .
I would give them 5 stars but the day I left my car I didn't feel they were very professional. I left information at the counter. But they kinda made up for that .well they determined I needed a new motor or rebuilt one .
I don't know how they determined that but never the less I choice to put a new motor in my 24 year old car. Well there was some rust in the engine bay shock towers well they done a great job at repairing the rust and installing the engine. So I didn't get to add alot of muscle to my car but I very satisfied with the work that was done.
I just think they should communicate with customers alitte better who spends big money there. So I feel they were very reasonable in price. But not cheap
Had to stop back to have mustang look at for any leaks.
Got to meet Steve the owner .
He drove the car to hear a noise I was hearing
And found the issue I'm very happy with the service. November 27 2020

I went xtreme performace After going to 2 other shops in the area and steve Seem to be more knowledgeable. So I trusted them and they did a great job And did exactly what Steve had said was wrong with my vehicle. His price Was lower and And he actually strive to save me money And doing a great job. Thank you Steve and the team you guys are amazing.

Just went here for the 1st time Thursday afternoon. Very underrated mechanics these are a bunch of great dudes that really know what they're doing. The owner is a super cool guy. They got my vehicle in-and-out and no time or no and found a problem. I've been trying to solve with my vehicle for the last 2 years that no other mechanic could find. Highly recommended 👌

Super impressed and very happy! I had 4 different places turn me away because they could not figure out how to get specialty rims off of my Nissan. Steve, the owner, took me with no appointment and had the old rims off and new ones on that same day. The entire crew is awesome and the owner is a class act. They even washed it. Will definitely be my go to place from now on!

Great place for changing tires from specialty rims....a little pricey though.

Even though I ended up selling the car back to the dealership, this company was very helpful in obtaining all of the information and quote. Shawn even brought out a car computer reader and we discovered that some sensors were intentionally disabled.

My experience with Xtreme Performance has always been excellent!! My wife and I have been taking our Subaru cars here for many years.
I recently brought in my 2011 Outback in for its 100,000 mile Subaru’s recommended service. I had my timing and serpentine belts replaced. The water pump, spark plugs and air filter replaced. The passenger rear wheel bearing was replaced and the passenger rear wheel well molding was secured. The estimate that I was quoted by Steve Ali was accurate. I was very pleased with their service!!!
I highly recommend their business in North Ridgeville, Ohio.

Truly a great place to have your everyday driver or muscle car worked on. All the vehicles I bring in are being updated with the newest in LED lighting , inside or out, these guys know how to do it right. They use the finest techniques and wiring to give that professional look, no short cuts were taken, priced right and feel confident that their warranty work will last the distance. I have really appreciated that when I ask the owner Steve, or his wife, if they can fix or create something for me, that every time it’s been done correctly and in a timely manner. I’ve been to many shops both west side and east and so far Extreme has been the best for my vehicles. After the upgrades to my Silverado and BMW I had to write a review thanking the shop and office staff for taking me in unannounced and getting my interior lighting upgrades done as quickly as they could as I was leaving on vacation this week. Their experience with the correct type of tires for my vehicles are second to none. Steve helped me choose the best for my BMW and beat the larger tire stores by hundreds of dollars. I believe this shop, that has helped so many, is the real deal here for many years....looking for quality and an “extreme” fair price, I recommend this shop, they perform for the customers!!

I took my Jeep in to have new tires put on, oil change and an overall check of the vehicle. Met the owner Steve and worked with Johnny on the service. It was the first time in my life that I could have a conversation with a professional without being pressured into services that were not required. As a matter of fact, I requested service on brakes and fluid changes and was told by Steve that after checking it was not necessary at this time for those services. This was my first time to have my vehicle serviced at Extreme Performance. Thank you Steve and staff for your professionalism, honesty and quality work. I will be back again.
