Been with this agency for decades -- always a quick response, knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. When an idiot with no insurance totaled my car a while back ago, I had to pay the deductible; they stayed on top of it, and over a year later I got a check for the full amount. Been with so many insurers over 50+ years, Freeman Groves is far and away the best.

When I called to get an insurance quote they were really nice. They got me a quote which was comparable to what I had. I went with these guys because my daughter already had them & talked so highly of them. When they had storm damage they sent someone right out to cover with tarps to prevent more damage & fixed it rather quickly. At the time I had alstate & my metal barn roof had pulled up in the storm. I called alstate right away they came out 2 weeks later & by then the wind had curled up 1/4th my barn roof. They gave me such I low estimate to repair that I had trouble finding anyone to repair it for that price. I was thrilled to change over to Freeman Groves Insurance where the people all seemed to really care.

The agent walked out, checked my windshield, and gave me the number to call for repair. Safelite Auto Glass came to my home and replaced my windshield. Very happy with both companies.
