Ted Kistler Painting

Ted is very professional and his work ethic is spectacular. He explained what was going to be done and it was. Very reasonably price. Glad I met him because I will definitely use his services again.

Ted did an excellent job painting and plastering parts of my ceiling and walls. He painted our upstairs and downstairs hallway and it looks fabulous. Wish I would have met him years ago to do the painting in our home. Never want to use any other painter from this point forward.

Through the years, we have had several homes in four different states and have had several experiences with painters through those years - some good and some not so good. Ted is not only one of the good ones, he is absolutely fantastic! And why is he such a great painter? I’ll list some of the reasons: he is on time; he is extremely neat; his actually painting is superb - nice clean lines and no streaking. Plus he’s just a very personable guy - great conversationalist. Ted recently painted a bedroom for us. He went above and beyond what I expected as he cleaned up “messes” that the previous painter had made. For instance, he removed paint that was on the door hinges, and he replaced outlets and outlet covers that had been painted and looked terrible. Ted will be painting our basement walls and ceilings in the fall (knotty pine), and I can’t wait to see how it turns out! I have already recommended him to one of my best friends who needs a family room painted.

When my husband and I decided to have our condo painted inside, I started checking some painting companies and came across Ted Kistler Painting. Checking his reviews, I noticed he had 5 stars and not one bad review! I contacted Ted, and he came out within a few days to discuss what we wanted done. He's very easy to talk to, nice personality. Several days later, we received our estimates. Ted has painted most of his life in some capacity, and it shows! He cleans up daily when he's done, not leaving any mess. He paints in such a way that usually only one room is involved daily so that we would have less disruption as he completes an area. Our place looks beautiful, and we're so glad we hired Ted! Ted does quality work at a reasonable price! In a day when true craftsmen are almost impossible to find, we found one in Ted Kistler Painting! Thank you, Ted!

I use Ted for all my painting. He painted my entire downstairs of a new house a year and a half ago and just completed all my trim and ceilings a few weeks back. He is absolutely outstanding. Dependable, trustworthy, detailed and very efficient. He is the ONLY contractor I give my house keys to and just let him work. I could not provide a stronger review for Ted!

I had removed 30 year old wall paper from my bathroom and the walls were a mess, old glue, lots of patching it was beyond anything I could do. I needed a professional, I found Ted on google and called. He was so professional eased my tension immediately. He explained what needed to be done, sent me a estimate and I immediately hired his services. Ted is very professional and I am thrilled with the new look of my bathroom. He also helped me to choose the right paint color by leaving me a sample of the one I thought I liked and by offering to bring me samples in the end the one I picked first was the wrong color Thank You Ted for helping me with the color I was looking for. My bathroom looks amazing. Ted will be my go to for all my interior painting needs.

Ted has painted for us two times, most recently in our master bathroom. He was very patient as I chose a color and just like the first job his attention to detail this time around was excellent. He spent extra time assuring old water stains were covered and recommended the paint that would keep them
from showing again. He is on time, cleans up after himself, and does an all around great job. He never left a mess for me to clean up after he left, unlike many other contractors, electricians, and plumbers. I would definitely recommend Ted Kistler Painting.

We have hired Ted three times to complete painting projects in our home. There are many things to appreciate when hiring Ted. He is honest about what it will take to prep and finish a job. His price are very fair. “Prompt” He shows up ready to work at the time you designate. Extremely Trustworthy. He takes pride in his work and wants you to be happy. He has painted cathedral ceiling sun room w/a lot of windows and two bedrooms. The trim, walls, ceilings and closets. Beautiful job. We would not think of painting without him.

Ted is the best painter who has ever done work for us. He is trained as a journeyman painter and has painted most of his life and it shows. He is meticulous in detail, very affordable, professional and very reliable always showing up on time. In addition, Ted is very likable and has advised and helped me on non painting projects. I have already contracted with him for another painting project. It is so comforting to have someone that you contract with to do a job and never have to worry about it getting done right and on time. You will not be disappointed with Ted and his painting.

Ted painted a few rooms for us in our house and he is extremely professional and does the job right. He takes his time and makes sure that you are satisfied with the work before he feels his work is complete. I will contact Ted for any future painting projects! You can’t go wrong hiring him!

We are not people who usually hire someone to do maintenance around our home. Ted Kistler is an amazing painter! His work is top notch~~ all walls and trim work that he has repaired and painted makes our 40 year old house look brand new! He is very prompt: he is one of the few contractors that came for an estimate when he said he would, arrived at the job site when he said he would, and always answered questions promptly and courteously when called. He is very detail oriented with his work, is fast and efficient. He made sure to cover all furniture to protect it-super clean at the job site! I would strongly recommend him for any type of painting projects you would need done. Any future painting that needs done by my family and friends will get high recommendations for Ted.

We had Ted paint our cathedral ceiling in our great room. A portion of which was over a stairwell. He did an excellent job, attention to details and protecting our floor, furniture and walls. He comes well prepared and equipped, is prompt, fast and efficient. We were very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend him to all those with painting needs, and we will definitely use him again.

I've never hired someone to paint, but knew I needed to. When I was given Ted's information and called him, he answered my call and immediately began to make plans for the room that was in need of his service. We began talking of what I wanted done and he quickly got me fit into his books to make this happen for my daughter. He was on time, and worked with my schedule. I truly was beyond impressed. There was no a spot missed, or a piece of dust or material in the room, at any point. By far the cleanest person ever. From start to finish each step was perfect. My daughter was able to sleep in her room every night even while the painting was still not done. Unheard of ! Ted was so incredibly kind, affordable, and so easy to work with. He will be doing the other rooms in our house now when im ready. I never knew it would be so easy and affordable to get this done. Truly a job well done. I was so impressed with how quickly Mr. Kistler responded to me the first time - within minutes! Then after that, he was very easy to stay in contact with. Not only is Mr. Kistler knowledgeable and experienced, but he paid great attention to detail, working efficiently yet never rushing. I felt like he cared about his work.
