Tanisha and Whitney are two of the best workers here! I always come in here and they always make me feel welcomed. I wouldn't go anywhere else because of the way they treat me and are always eager to help. I wish they would get recognized for there hard work and their dedication to their job.

Most of the time the staff is wonderful. The shift manager at 5:45pm on July 2nd was rude and slow! Most stores are allowing people to bring in their own cups and charge less than a dollar for a refill. She made me get another cup, which is not a big deal, but then proceeded to charge me over a dollar! When I mentioned the price she said, "You can just go there then." I have NEVER been sorudely treated!

I am a regular customer of true north had a worst experience in my Life by the cashier in the evening shift. At around 6pm I asked her 3 packs Pall Mall 100s she gave me kings. when I went back in 5minutes to exchange those she said it is federal offense i asked her to keep those 3packs I don't want it she said fine so i left those at the store walked out without my cigarettes which i already paid for I will never go back to true north again. !!! What they will do with 3 packs may be they will sell it again to someone. Sorry to say but I think i was racially profiled.

Tonight I had the worst experience, the worst employees..they were so rude, thank goodness for another store. They gained me as a customer. I will go out if my way to stay away from this store!!

This company treats their employees like garbage and then wonders why they have such high turnover.

It would be rated lower then 1 star if it could be... Horrible costumer service
