Personnel is great but the UI in their app was really frustrating to work with during the application and review process. Again, the most important part is that the personnel did a great job.

They are holding millions of dollars from many people who are dependent on funds in this Capitalist society. They actively suppress the news stories on this and have disabled reviews on their mobile app

They are basically holding on your money without any reason, and they not releasing money because they want To I’m sorry, running the business and I’m surprised how Uber trusting them and having them to manage the Uber accounts. Good luck for them.

Worst bank to work with. This company issued the BlockFi Visa crypto credit card that turned out to be a huge scam. Do not do business with this company. You have been warned.
