I started going here because it was around the corner/convenient. Went to staples for the same reason at my old place. This crazy story is before I got my recent job. I nervously asked for help from the print center to print on resume paper. That day they gave me a pass when I needed it most and wished me luck. Now I bring all of my printing for personal and office items and I will drive further just to come here.
It always makes my day when Jessie is there. She is the sunshine of that store that makes you feel so welcome. She puts a smile on your face instantly. She genuinely asks how you are doing and cares. I have never seen better retail customer service than with Jessie and her team.
(To be honest, I never thought I would write a passionate Office Depot review in my life.)

After researching the best printer for my needs on-line, Office Depot had it in stock so I stopped in to get one instead of waiting a couple of days. My sales associate was very friendly and helpful so the experience was nice.

I needed a Brother all in one laser printer and Office Depot had one in stock while all other sources (Staples, Amazon, etc) were out of stock and would take over a week to be delivered.

Great promotional price on Hammermill printer paper. Employees on the phone and at pickup were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Overall great online ordering and in-person pickup experience.

Only downside is that there are not many physical stores, so delivery may be best option when short on time (though this particular promotion was only applicable for online purchases with in-person pickup).

The ore was accurate, prepared quickly and easy to pick up[.

My time is valuable, as I need to get in and out of Office Depot quickly and back to work. I always get personal assistance when I walk in, they help me find what I need, and check-out is quick! Its nice to see the selection to choose from in person, as sometimes, the merchandise is not what it appears on the website.

Jessie is hands-down one of the most genuine, down-to-earth person to ever assist me with anything. She ensured my last visit was a memorable and enjoyable one. I have never experienced her level of professionalism/playfulness ever at any Staples I've ever been to. She is the sole reason I am making the switch official - never going back to Staples again.

I now come to this office depot location to print my work materials. My office depot location staffs friendly and attentive employees that ensure my supply and service needs are met. Jessie in the print center always seems to be working when I walk in, she steps up and asks questions to anticipate my needs and ensure that I am using the most resourceful options available to me. Her customer service exceeds my retail experience expectations and her initiative to close the gap in customer connections is the reason I stopped going to Fed Ex and Staples all together. Jessie and Allen are an absolute powerhouse team - so consistent. You guys are the reason that my printing jobs run so smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for all that you do!

Everyone at this store that I've had an opportunity to work with has had a level of expertise accountability just a overall wonderful exchange and I enjoy going there and I know my needs will be taking care of and the pricing is phenomenal.

After speaking to Betsy (I think that was her name) about scanning legal size documents, I went to the Irvine/Campus Drive Office Depot. Betsy was friendly and very helpful and let me view the just scanned documents on my flash drive to ensure the scans were fine.

The service in printing was personable, professional, and efficient. They gave me some great suggestions that improved the outcome and I left with my printing completed without the need for a return trip!
