I was able to get in and out quick. Within a minute of walking in the door somebody asked me if I needed something showed me where to go and otherwise didn't pester me. The staff was very friendly. It's got quite a selection, if you are a do-it-yourselfer you can get most of what you need here without having to head deep into the city to a larger store

I just moved into town not to long ago , and this is a good local hardware store ! I love it here , the Red headed girl is very sweet and so is the Young Man with The Glasses . They have a lot of items that other stores don’t carry. I will be coming back here !

This was my 1st time going in to Ace hardware at this location. I filled in the ridges on old paneling to make it look like a wall. I used spackling compound. I painted over the excess compound. I didn't like the way it looked. I tried scraping it off. That didn't work well. I explained to the clerk what I was doing. After looking over a few things he suggested using goof off. It worked very well, but the smell was overwhelming. To cold out open the windows. I took a cloth outside & sprayed it with the goof off until it was pretty wet. It worked very nicely. Just used some good old fashioned elbow grease and goof off. Clerks do seem to be knowledgeable about a lot of the products they sale. I appreciate the young man's help. He was quite patient with me.
