Having to go in to Verizon has always been a pain. However I need to compliment Bowling Greens store. They had me in and out with a new phone set up in about 50 mins. My phone was broken and was going from my prepaid account to a postpaid on to my husbands account. My phone could only be accessed for 2 seconds before going dark so couldn’t access codes and things I needed. They navigated it like a pro and had me in and out in a reasonable time for all they had to deal with! Kudos!

Josh was great!!!! Very patient and helpful while setting up and transferring our information from our old phones to our new phones. I am not very good with new technology and he answered all my stupid questions. Josh if you are reading this review you know you did a very good job and I am learning how to use my new phone easily. Thank You so much. We will return to this store again!

Had a problem with a replacement phone.
Salesman quickly found and fixed it.

I had an issue with my phone activation and Todd was extremely helpful. They went the extra mile in making sure my issue was resolved and helped me understand the process. Can only hope all store managers are as helpful and dedicated to excellent customer service!

The guys were so nice and patient. Wish I would have just went into the store in the first place rather than trying to deal with Verizon online

Brought in two new devices bought direct from manufacture to swap on existing account. Agent greeted me, brought me to a table to discuss the process. They retrieved SIMs for the new and began activating the new. As they were activating, they reviewed my account and informed me of a way to save money by way of auto pay, something that I thought I had set up, but found it was not set up to meet the discount requirements. After the phones activated, I was gone. Associating new SIMs to devices, activating, review account savings and out the door in about 15mins.

This is a VZW store, this is NOT a reseller store. I highly recommend working directly with VZW employees as they are more invested in the company they work for directly rather than a reseller who is not.

I am so grateful to all of the employees who helped me with all of my phone issues. Jody was wonderful the first time I came in and she tried really hard to help me out. Sam was also incredibly helpful. The last time I went in Shane was able to get my phone activated for me and I’m so excited to now be able to use and enjoy my phone. Thank you guys so much!!

Great service in a clean and organized environment. They greeted me promptly and got me into the virtual line for service right away. They were all very friendly and assisted me with my problem. They were able to resolve it quickly and didn't charge me. They also answered all my questions in a friendly and courteous manner. Every time I go there I have a good experience.

Kyle was a great sales associate. Very helpful and not pushy. I normally steer clear of the stores and buy my phone at Best But or on Verizon's website. I would definitely return to this store.

Cons: They will however try to upsell you both phones (by talking down the cheaper phones) and warranties. Warranties often cost more than the phone you're buying over the 24 month period; so the warranty means you're essentially paying for your phone twice - it isn't cost effective for the consumer.

Sales person couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Spent more than 30 min with us answering questions from cases to wifi products. Others who weren't even working with us even helped. Very enjoyable experience.

Store was well organized with nice selection of phones. Salesperson was very helpful and friendly. Upgrading to a new phone was very easy.

Jodi was a saint. We were in a complicated situation and I'm sure it was as frustrating to her (even more so) as me. But she remained so calm and professional the whole time, even when dealing with my unreasonable father. She deserves so much credit. I hope she sees this as and knows how much I appreciate her.

Only bad thing about Verizon is they tell you your bill will only go up some and you pay 289. While your there plus extra. Then you get your monthly bill and it's over double then what they said. How can you pay all that for a phone!?

Very helpful and friendly folks!! My sister needed a screen protector and the agent put it on for her. I like the way she put it on and when I need one I hope to return there if they have the one needed.

A short wait time today, to be expected on a Saturday. Gal who waited on me was Very helpful. She took care of my problem and took time to answer an unrelated question.

Had a situation with my son's phone where it was on a constant Loop. Was out of warranty and our account showed we had no insurance on the phone. We knew we originally purchased insurance on it so Sam the manager did some investigating and found out that was the case. Thanks to Sam for going above and beyond and working with his operations manager to find a solution and replace our year-and-a-half-old iPhone 7 for our son.

I love my phone and the service is great also thanks for working so hard to get me activated when I couldn't figure it out.
