Ella Coffee (Food Truck)

No surprise that they’ve got a full 5 star rating.

This little coffee truck outside of the Buffalo Bayou Cistern has some of the most kind, sweet, generous service I’ve ever come into contact with.

They made a mistake on my wife’s order and made it iced instead of hot. I made a mistake on my coffee and got it with cream and sugar, but I just started a fast and forgot until it was too late.

They remade both of our orders without a fuss and wouldn’t let us pay.

The coffee was good too, but it was the service that shone for me.

Decided to stop by and grab a coffee after a run and I'm very glad I did!

The setup is really cute and they do a good job of efficiently displaying the drinks and pastries they have for the day. Additionally, the barista was very nice and helpful when I had a few questions about customizing my order.

The coffee itself was delicious and just to my liking: not overly sweet and maintained a good balance of rich, coffee flavor that was complimented by and not diminished by the lavender add-in.

Ella Coffee is the perfect way to end a run or walk or even if you just happen to be in the area and I would definitely recommend you check it out!

Ordered a Mocha Frappella yesterday near Buffalo Bayou Park. It was perfectly blended. I loved that it wasn’t loaded with sugar and had a wonderful mocha flavor. It was such a delightful drink on a rather warm day. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a cold coffee drink.

I can go on and on about Ella. They are my
go-to for coffee. Laura and the rest of the ladies are great. What I love is that the drinks taste like coffee and not too sweet. My favorites are the mocha frappe, oat latte, and horchata latte, and of course the George. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been delicious!

Vibe- This is a perfect “food truck” to stop by after a walk at Buffalo Bayou Park for a nice cool latte or specialty drink! The truck is parked near the visitor center that’s by water works. It’s closed on Monday and Tuesday; opened the rest of the week. The owner is so sweet.

Customer service- Great! The owner explained the menu and was very patient while I decided on a drink to try.

Food/drinks- I got the cold matcha tea latte with oat milk and some vanilla to sweeten it; the vanilla was perfect in it!!!

Parking- There’s a lot near the food truck with a good amount of parking.

My favourite coffee truck ever. The iced pistachio matcha is so unique, delicious and beautiful. Thankful I live to close to Ella because I always look forward to any chance I can to come and get one of their incredible creations!

We ordered espresso and Benji (rose syrup with iced matcha oat milk). The drinks are delicious and a great treat after a walk in the park.

Very tasty coffee drink (Ollie). After a good 7 mile run around Buffalo bayou Park, the Ollie went down smoothly and refreshed me a bit - replaced some of my nutrients I would say

If you want to be treated very very well and put a smile on your face this is the right place to go.

It's a beautiful cozy coffee truck where Laura and her team is gonna give you the best recommendations up to what you will like to have to treat yourself.

Their coffee quality it's amazing and the artistic and tasteful creations are just on point.

The first time I had an "April" which came with an strawberry on top of it and my second time a cold brew, the right amount of energy and flavor.

Cute little coffee food truck! Specialty drinks are good, the classics are great!

They are at the park from thursday to sunday ( I think). Really lovely mixed drinks, coffees, and matcha especially for me who likes her drinks on the less sweet side. Great options for vegans and lactose intolerant as well. More than anything the vibes are immaculate and the owner super nice. This park needed a cute coffee truck. Boy what a good one! Thanks!!!

Ella coffee is my favorite coffee spot in Houston.
Laura and Raina are truly a great team. Bringing great drinks and good energy to the people that frequent the area. They have an amazing menu of coffees, teas and treats.

This is such a lovely coffee shop! The drinks are delicious and they have really unique specialty drinks. Laura and her baristas are SO sweet and welcoming as well! I’ll definitely be back!

The woman who runs this food truck is so freaking nice, that she could sell me a cup of dirt and I would still come back. Thankfully though the coffee is pretty dang good, so I don’t need to worry about that. I look forward to coming back and trying some of their specialty lattes.

Amazing smooth medium roast coffee, and I am a coffee connoisseur. Then owner was genuine and sweet! Highly recommend the vanilla latte with almond milk

Our favorite coffee shop! We found after walking on the Bayou one weekend. There is also convenient parking right next to the truck. We love getting their matcha and specialty drinks.

Seriously, this is the best coffee in town. Also, you won’t find friendlier service. Great motivation to get out of bed for a morning run or ride knowing an awesome cup of coffee is waiting at Sabine Bridge at the awesome Buffalo Bayou Park.
