I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Shane the plumber who works for The Plumber Company. After two weeks without heat and numerous unsuccessful attempts to fix my Weil McLean boiler, Shane's optimism and relentless efforts were a breath of fresh air. He quickly identified and resolved the issue, ensuring that my home will be warm, merry, and bright for Christmas. Thank you, Shane, for your exceptional skill and dedication.

So many great things with this company. Alexis did a awesome job getting me scheduled and installed with ease, the whole process was perfect. The technician Ryan and his crew Angel and Matt were such hard workers and so knowledgeable with every question I had. Definitely will recommend them and use them again in the future.

Shane obviously is an expert in his field. Time was taken to understand our needs and gather pertinent information at the start. All our questions were answered, our options, costs and the processes involved for each explained clearly. We received excellent advise and a fair detailed quote.

I had a great experience with these guys. My heating system was destroyed in a storm. They gave me a great deal on a new system and responded in a timely manner.

We had a new radiator installed and some leaky valves and vents on our steam heat system. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Someone came to the house and gave me an estimate before the work started. Folks came on time every time. They did the work exactly at they said and charged exactly what they said they would charge. Folks cleaned up after themselves and were kind and courteous the whole time they were at my house. For a new radiator, 3 new valves, and a new vent it was $2,512. I really can’t tell you if that’s a fair price or not since I know nothing about being a steam heat repair service but I think it’s good to talk about money whenever money is involved. I’ll definitely call them again when I need more work done.

Excellent company and even better customer serviced. Saw a leak in my 5 yr old water heater 2/2/22 @ 9:00am. Spent about 1.5 hrs calling around, getting estimates. Not only did they have the best full estimate, Alexis also did all the leg work finding the warranty and supplier. No other company even offered to do that. Saving me hundreds. They did everything and were completely finished at my home by 1:30. Unbelievable service. Maybe a bad day very painless. Greatly appreciated Alexis and Angel. Top quality service and people. You will be the company I call moving forward.

They showed up on time. He was personable, explained things to my wife and I in terms we could understand. The job was quick with no issues. A little pricy but you get what you pay for.

I saw water leaking from my hot water heater at 9:00 am today. Called the Plumber Co and they sent someone right away. It is 3:00pm the same day and they have installed a new heater removed my old one cleaned up perfectly. Angel was very helpful answering all my questions and making me very comfortable with a new plumber. I would recommend them

We had a sump pump installed. The scheduling was super easy. They followed up right away. We had an appointment in 24 hours.
Brandon, our plumber was punctual, very polite and credible. He explained everything in details and came up with the best solution. The price was reasonable, and his work is immaculate. Great time management, finished when promised. I will only hire Brandon for any future plumbing needs.

I sought the services of this firm to evaluate and carry out major repairs on an old residential steam heating system. Because I'm a strong DIY type, I looked very hard to find competent experts whose analysis I could trust. Though I had consulted with several companies that were purportedly experts in steam heating systems, Doug stood out for his deep knowledge, incisive analysis of likely past and future causes of problems in the system, and his very practical suggestions for addressing these issues both comprehensively, and in order of relative importance. I doubt that you will find a more knowledgeable expert in the Providence area.

The Plumber Company quickly assessed our hot water problem, proposed a solution and provided a reasonable estimate. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship, professionalism of the technicians and the result which was better than we anticipated. Very responsive in getting me a written quote after evaluating the project on-site. Received a very fair price for a new heating furnace and 3 hot water heaters. Shane, the installer, was extremely responsive and professional. I highly recommend this company for your heating and plumbing services.

This company is our go to plumbing/heating company. They replaced a couple of water heaters for us in the past and today they installed a new furnace. We own a multi family home and emergencies come up. Anytime I've needed them to come on short notice they were able to accomodate me. I will always use them from now on. The guys are hard working and honest. Angel was here most of the day and he did a phenomenal job. He was very personable and on time. Thier prices are reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about them.

Had an error code on my tankless water heater, they responded within 24hrs. Diagnosed and repaired within a weeks time(had to order parts from manufacturer). Excellent service! Subsequently had them repair a faucet and toilet valve. Would definitely refer them and will use again in the future!

The Plumber Company did an excellent job at every level of replacing my ancient beast oil burner with a high-efficiency gas furnace. They answered promptly, scheduled quickly, and gave an immediate bid...which was slightly more than HALF of two other bids.

Alexis in the office was so accommodating in rescheduling the job more than once, so I could use up the oil I had already purchased. She is super-efficient and friendly, too.

Jason and the whole crew were fabulous! Knowledgeable, respectful, hard-working, careful, and willing to go above and beyond to provide superior customer service.

I was called back in the same day with a rapid estimate between 200-250 dollars less than the two other companies and Angi only quoted the service with out the heater. Got an appt with in 5 days, they were on time , polite, professional and cleaned up the mess in a reasonable time.
