I’ve only been to the Pharmacy for my COVID test, but the ladies/people in the Drive-Thru Pharmacy were SO ridiculously friendly and patient.

I was running late in midday traffic and they were so understanding, while also maintaining a great balance of professionalism AND kindness. I will definitely not hesitate to come to this CVS in the future. :)

I have been visited CVS at Plainfield Pike since it opened. I have always received good service, but there are a couple of people that go above and beyond. Joe and Ariana.
Both work in the Pharmacy department where it's not easy to please everyone.
I have to admit that everyone that works in the Pharmacy Department is pleasant, but Ariana is my favorite!!

Everybody is friendly and very helpful
I always feel welcomed by staff and the Pharmacy is run by experienced and reliable pharmacists who really have made a difference in my life, they are always happy to answer any of my questions and never seemed bothered or to busy to help

Karissa was a huge help today as I stopped on to get two photos developed. I had no idea how easy it was because of her kind wY of helping me! She is an asset to your customer service team! Thank you Karissa!

I have been using the pharmacy on Plainfield Pike since they opened there. I have to say that everyone I have come in contact with there is very helpful. I don't remember all the names, but the one that sticks out the most is Joe. He is always so pleasant to work with and goes above and beyond to take care of any problem and make any changes to my order.

Pharmacist was very rude and judgmental. Women working the computer was just as bad, very rude, couldn’t understand anything, and made sure to inform me multiple times they were going on break in 10 minutes. First and last time my wife and I will fill our medications here. Work on your customer service!!!!!!!!
