National Carpet was FANTASTIC! Ann in the ware house was so helpful and on top of things. I also recommend asking for Tom for installation. He was so clean, respectful and his work was top notch. He even vacuumed the carpets after he installed them. So happy with my new carpets. A++

What nice people, I dealt with Lynda and Ann and they were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable.There prices were more then fair, purchased laminate hardwood and carpet from them. The 2 gentlemen Tom and Steve who came to install our carpets were so caring and paid every attention to detail.I would definitely use them again.

National is amazing! We had gone to Home Depot - they came out to measure our mill building area, then wanted to send the installers to view our uneven floors- 2 weeks (its a hundred year plus old building), then could not install for 3 weeks after that...Lowes never called me after i stopped in and gave them my information. I called National Carpet and Flooring - spoke with Joyce and she was pleasant and positive. I went down 30 minutes later and they had exactly what I needed - Linda the owner came out 2 days later to measure and a week later it was installed!

And...here is the best part! There was a roll of carpet left over - a day later I got a call from Joyce and she said...we over estimated the yardage and we are sending you a check for the left over materials! They could have kept it and never said a thing! As a business owner I appreciate the attention to detail and honesty. Need carpet or flooring...I highly recommend them.

I have now used National Carpet and Flooring to do work in my home twice. Both experiences have been exceptional. My sales person Joyce was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, whenever I had a question she got back to me very quickly.

When it came to the actual installation, the team they sent over lead by Fabio was great. They worked quickly and they really paid attention to the details. I could not be happier.

We have found that once you find an outstanding business, you stay with it. First, we needed to find honest sales people to deal with. We found that the owner of National Carpet & Flooring in Tyngsboro, MA (i.e. Lynda Cornellier) is not only the owner but also is very honest and will tell you what she thinks and feels if you ask her. That is very refreshing and also you will find that she has a great deal of knowledge of the flooring business and is extremely well versed in the business. She is also very honest, very ethical and someone you can trust. Second, her salesperson and Design Specialist Elaine O'Connell will spend countless hours with you until you have exhausted all of your questions. She is a fountain of knowledge and very hard working who will not stop until you have found what you are looking for. She too is very honest and ethical and will tell you what she thinks.

Since we have a fairly new 10 yr old home, we wanted to do business with someone who sells quality products from all major manufacturers of wood flooring, carpeting and backsplash products. Lynda's gigantic warehouse has everything that a homeowner might want.

Installers are the key to anyone's business. For wood flooring, we bought Maine Traditions oak flooring and had Al and two co-workers install it. They were true craftsmen and really took pride in their work. They did the work like it was their home.

For carpeting, Tom and his assistant Steve did the stairs leading up to the second floor and also did the three bedrooms. What is amazing about the installers is that there is a seam in the master bedroom, however, you cannot find it!

For the backsplash in the kitchen, Fabio is the master craftsman. He not only took pride in his work, but he too did amazing work that you cannot hire in this day and age. He is very meticulous and it had to just fit right and look outstanding. It was interesting to see him use a laser to make sure every line was 100% straight.

In closing, Lynda and Elaine made sure that every job we paid for was the best on the market. Truly, you will not find a better company or organization to deal with in this area than National Carpet & Flooring in Tyngsboro, MA. No wonder they get a high rating from the Better Business Bureau. Their reputation for excellence in everything they do and sell is a 'cut above the rest' in the field. You will not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience with a large and challenging job replacing old carpet with new porcelain tile. Fabio and his team did truly amazing work, and we will certainly use National Carpet again.

Here you will get the attention and knowledge of an expert, thanks Joyce! The customer service and follow-up is exceptional. They also have their own instalation team and they did a wonderful job on my carpets. I highly recommend them!

Ann Valcourt was VERY helpful. She was handling a few clients at the same time, but she made sure that we were looked after. I am not a great decision maker and she weighed in and made the buying process so simple. When Ann came to measure, she was pleasant, professional, funny and nice to chat with. At one point I wanted to show someone the carpet, I called the store and the gentleman who answered text pictures immediately. I have sent a few friends their way and would continue to. Linda and Arlene were so helpful, understanding and accommodating regarding our concerns. Installation was fantastic. Bob, Jesse and Junior were very conscientious, clean, and had a great work ethic. They will be back again in the Spring to install more carpeting. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend National Carpet to anyone. Thank you for everything!

We have used National Carpet several times of the years. From new carpeting in our closet, master bedroom and guest bedroom the product and service provided have been exemplary. Recently, we purchased vinyl floor planking for our basement, the finished product is excellent. We will be enjoying our finished basement for years to come.

Heard good things about them from friends who had used them for carpeting so I gave them a call to quote against Home Depot. Even with Home Depot offering free install, National Carpet was less expensive and had a wider range of carpeting and padding to choose from. The two older gentlemen installing the carpet did a terrific job and were done in one day with 3 bedrooms + closets, hallways and stairs. The only negative was that there were some scuffs/chipped paint in a few areas (door frames, stair banister), but that seems to be the norm with carpet installation. Very pleasant to deal with

National Carpet did an amazing job. We are extremely pleased with the product we purchased, the price we paid and the the quality of floor installation. This is not the first time we have used National Carpet and we will use them the next time for our flooring needs.

Used them 22 years ago and the same rug looks and feels fantastic. Quality products. Went to them again for first floor waterproof laminate and second floor carpeting. Process was stressful and there were some minor communication difficulties early on but again, very pleased with the quality and installation. Finished ahead of time and house was clean and better than they found it. Installation team was incredible! Thank you Bob Giroux and team.

We recently replaced flooring in every room of house. Materials included hardwood, carpet and laminate. Linda was great to work with and beat all area prices. The install team was great. Would not hesitate to work with them again

The store has large selection of carpets. The staff is very helpful. The price is reasonable. We chose the carpet; they installed the carpet on the specified day. The installers are professionals. Overall, very good shopping experience.

I cannot believe that I am the first to write a review here. We used National Carpet when we moved to the area many years ago. We found them to be helpful and extremely reasonable in pricing.

With a recent home improvement project, we went back and found that they were easily half the cost of Home Depot and Lowes including upgraded padding and the installation of the carpet. I cannot understand why you would look elsewhere for carpet. They need to advertise more.

The whole process from the very beginning to the very end was very simple and easy they showed up when they said they were going to and did a great job Friendly service
