Robert Clark helped us a great deal with a tax issue in which we didn’t owe but the state claimed we did. They helped us regain thousands of dollars. We’re used this firm for five years now, and our tax consultant is Crystal Thompson .

I had been a customer for many years. My husband and I didn't have problem with our taxes, up until two years ago. For two years in a row, I was audited by the IRS, 2021 and 2022. I just recently finally received my federal refund for 2021. It took the IRS two years, and during those two years I called my CPA Jennifer multiple times, by email and phone and did not hear from her. I needed help and some guidance as to what was going on and she never called me back, I got nothing. I called Bob Clark who is the owner to file a complaint and there was no accountability or apology for the lack of professionalism or lack of communication Jennifer was providing. He took over the communication between him and I, and that was awful too. I had to call the office multiple times for help, and I was not getting anywhere. Kathy who I talked to a lot can confirm that. Kathy was always professional and helpful(secretary). My 2022 taxes got filed by Jennifer again and I was audited a second time, I called Bob multiple times as to why this was happening again. He had no idea, and he he hasn't helped me figure out why. He kept saying everything was fine on their end, he didn't help me call the IRS to figure it out why this was happening. I did speak to the IRS and they said the reason why I was being audited is because how my taxes were being filed! I told Bob that and he was confused as to why. As per the last email, Bob has not called or email me. I still have not received my refund for 2022 and still waiting. If you have a problem like I did, beware you might experience what I did.

I recommend using someone else. I used this company for my personal taxes. Very little to no communication. My emails and calls were often unreturned. They then called me the night of taxes (9pm) for my social # l to file an extension.

Said they could provide a service, I called said I was on my way again was told that they could provide needed services. Arrived at the location 10 minutes later to be told that they would no longer be providing the services needed, and did so in a rude manner after wasting my time and gas when it could have simply been communicated at the time of my phone call. This to me shows poor business ethic, and overall is rather unprofessional.

Very unprofessional business look else where.

this is not a place anyone should do business with. The rudeness is incredible…almost shocking
