Smith's

I had such a pleasant experience at this location this morning. All of the employees were very friendly. The lady in floral smiled and said hi. The lady in the deli dept checked to make sure I was finding what I needed. And Thuy at self checkout was chatting all the customers up.

The store was clean and organized, needed staff assistance, and they were very helpful.

Fantastic produce section - fresh, well stocked, with competitively priced organic selections. Always friendly and helpful checkout staff.

Picked up my order today around 3:30pm I was thirty minutes early for my order and a woman came over and said she would help me right away. She brought out my order within five minutes. I was very impressed by her professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely be back again! Thank you so much for being so kind.

Smith's makes my grocery shopping quick & easy. The aisles are clearly labeled & things are easy to find. The selection of groceries, meat, drug store items, fresh produce and bakery items is really extensive. All their employees are friendly & helpful. But the best thing is that I can always find a short check out line & get done quickly. Great!

Great experience! Went in with a friend to buy a specific brand of bread. When she couldn't recall the name of the bread, an employee went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with finding just the right loaf! It was even on special so it was cheaper than normal. The wait in line was less than 5 minutes and the employees checking us out were also very pleasant. If I'm going to go to a Smith's, I'm going back to this one!

The staff and selection are great at this location! Stephanie, Clyde, John, Angelica and Sergio are some of the department managers and they're great to deal with. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the location where I do all my grocery shopping and I wouldn't change to another store for anything. The people make it great!

This is one of the better Smith's in Albuquerque they really take care of there store it's always clean when I'm up on this side of town. There selection is way bigger then the other ones in town. I can always find what I need with no problem. Last but not least the employees are always extremely nice and very helpful when you need something!

Great staff, well-stocked, good variety available, quick & friendly pharmacy.

10/19/17 Still love this location, and have since become huge fans and repeat customers of the meat counter. Those guys are phenomenal - friendly, helpful, and have great suggestions. Wonderful staff, keep it up!

I went to this store one day and forgot my wallet. Marletta paid for my order. I went home and picked up my wallet and paid Marletta back. It's because of employees like Marletta that I shop at Smiths. Great Customer Service. Marletta's customer service is why I live in NM. A friendly and authentic person. Thank You.

I always enjoy Smith's. They are my favorite grocery store. Very clean store. Great staff. Very nice parking lot. Always plenty of carts and baskets. Stop by and get what you need they have it all.

Top to bottom, great customer service, quickly through the front lanes, courtesy clerks are actually courteous, and the produce department has put out the most amazing personnel. Look for the man with the chin hair, along with being professional, he will ensure your needs are met. Amazing staff!!

It was great, as usual.

However the Assistant store manager recently had issues with my son taking time off for not only having a temp over 100 deg., and supported by his Doctor's recommendatiin, which his mother duly presented to applicable staff at the time.

I have worked with many companies over the years, but I have never observed this particular type of work place aggession towards an employee, ever.

Based on my observation of the staff at this store, I would be hard pressed to think of any of them not doing their jobs and smiling as they do their jobs.

You all have great Team, and I applaud you for that.

My family has been shopping at this Smiths for years. Their employee turnover is fairly low so we have gotten to know many of the staff. Their attitude and willingness to help is just outstanding. Reminds me of the neighborhood grocery store when I was a child.

Pretty much like any other Smiths.

Update: Hmm... it seems like they revamped their kitchen and random stuff area so they don't have such a unique selection anymore. =(
But it still is a very nice grocery store in general though.

This a really nice Smiths! Strangely, I've found some kitchen supplies here that I really like. I say that it's strange b/c it's right next door to Walmart and I would have thought the Smith's wouldn't have enough demand to support a well stocked kitchen area! Works for me! =)

I think the blonde manager is the only great one at this location. All the cashiers are not as nice or professional. The baggers dont really know how to bag. They had the canned food with bread and I can give more examples but I'm sure that part says a lot.

I absolutely adore this store. Once I did the online ordering and no one answered so I went inside. Robert ,the man who runs the online ordering at this store, was so apologetic and sweet. He even gave me a free gift for my wait. He is the best. I will always shop here :)

This Smith's has amazing customer service. Once I accidentally dropped a piece of produce after ringing it up, and they let me exchange it for a new one. I haven't had a bad experience here.

I shop at this Simth's all the time. It is a very clean store. The produce is always very fresh, the meat look good to eat. They always have good special on there meat here & the specials never end not just on the meats but it goes on through out the store. That is way I shop at Simth's.
