Sura Korean BBQ

My wife's cousin came to visit us in MA from NY and she said she wanted Korean BBQ, so my wife found this place online that wasn't too far away from us. We got there for lunch around 1pm where it had a few tables but wasn't full, so they say it's down right away.

First thing to point out is that they have their own parking lot, which is so much better than when you go to a place somewhere in NY or Boston and have to spend half an hour or more looking for parking.

The other thing I would like to say is that they were attentive. At one point one member of our party dropped their chopsticks and without asking a server brought us another pair. And every time we wanted more food they would notice me right away raising my hand to give them the filled out sheet, and one time they just saw someone from our party trying to place the paper on the little stand they have and they came right away. So they do pay attention to you.

For anyone wondering they bring you soda cans so they don't have free refills although they didn't charge me for a second one, either by mistake or cause I only had two. Also they do add a 15% tip to your bill and you can add more if you like as they are worth at least the 15% (we added another 20%) So for those that complain, you should be leaving at least 15%. I mean when they would bring us more food and notice the tray was dirty for cooking, they would change it right away.

The food was amazing and I would recommend any of the spicy meats they have on the menu. They make a mess of your tray, but they taste great and they change your tray when it gets dirty.

We are definitely going there again.. even though it is a 30 minute drive for us, but at least I don't have to spend that time looking for parking.

Went here for my bday lunch and was very impressed. I chose the ‘regular eat all you can’ and plenty of food! Don’t get too carried away before ordering everything as their portions very generous. Meat was all tender and easy to grill. Tonkatsu was my favorite. Would go back again (and again)!

My daughter surprised me for my birthday. I have wanted to try Korean bbq for a very long time.
The staff were friendly, visible for help, hands-on demonstrating, and very patient with first-time guests. We ordered a lot of meat, lol! The meat selections were fresh, very delicious, and so tender. Using the table grill was easy(with some staff help, lol!). For a first-time experience, I was very pleased.

I absolutely loved it! This was my first time trying Korean BBQ, and I had no idea what to expect. Previous reviews said staff were rude about questions, but my waitress was kind and gave good recommendations. One thing to note, do not underestimate the amount of meat you get. You can choose up to 5, and we did that and were absolutely stuffed by the end. Because it is all you can eat, and high quality meat, there's a surcharge per 8oz of raw meat leftover, but you can alleviate that by just ordering a few things and going from there. We also tried Soju for the first time, and it was great. Very smooth and sweet, wouldn't even think it was alcohol.

My first time! My son and his GF come here often and we had just been in Boston for the Sanger exhibit. It was the perfect ending to a great day. Next time I’ll just skip the sparkling saki, it was good but I failed to look at the price. Overall, a dinner and day I won’t soon forget.

LOVE this place! Food is delicious and desserts are unique!
They change the pan for you every time you order more meat so your pan is not sticky and smoky. It's also fairly priced. We will be back again soon :)

If you’re looking for a fancy Korean BBQ place, this isn’t it. However, the food is absolutely amazing and it’s a fun experience. I always get the more expensive all you can eat Korean BBQ menu, which I believe is about $40 per person but you can order off the other menu as well. I LOVE short rib and considering how expensive it is, I think it’s totally worth the price. Have I been to nicer/better Korean BBQ places? Yes, but they weren’t anywhere around here. They could definitely spruce up the place a bit but the food makes up for it. My go to’s besides the short rib (and more short rib) is the chicken bullgogi, marinated steak, scallion pancakes, and chicken katsu. Paired with some rice and veggies…YUM. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been.

Sura provides a wonderful experience. If you do the barbecue option you are served raw meats and vegetables of your choice to grill on your table. The all you can eat options range from about 23-34 depending on cuts of meat available and if you get hotpot or not. We got the higher end meat option(27 dollars.)
We had 2 rib eyes, black pork belly(very thick good bacon), spicy pork belly, spicy pork, baby octopus, shrimp, pork chop, beef tongue, brisket, 2 orders of mushrooms, dumplings, steamed rice, assorted pickled veggies, and scallion pancakes. All of it was quite good, our favorites were the octopus, spicy pork, and pork belly. The table has a grill on it and you cook and eat at your pace. This may sound strange but it is a very pleasant experience; have a few beers(good selection of domestic and import) talk to friends and eat some delicious meats.
The service was friendly and prompt. They gave us advice on how to best go about the experience and were helpful with tips and recommendations. We will definitely be back.

It was a great exp and the food was great. 1st time visiting. Will come again and more prepared with my selections.

This is a great place for a date night my wife and I had an excellent time. We didn't quite know exactly what to do but that added to the fun of it. We also accidentally ordered a bit too much on our first round of meats and we're to full to order a second set and try some of the unique it's we wanted to try.

Best hidden gem for Korean BBQ & Authentic Hot Pot. Stop wasting money at hibachi restaurants and come here! Just off Route 44. There is a two hour time limit on the tables but the staff is friendly and attentive.

We had a wonderful time, it was my wife's birthday today and she loves it. The food was delicious and the experience was great. I have dietary restrictions and the vegetables were tasty. And you must have a desert to compliment the meat eaten

It's a good experience, but if you are hungry, be prepared to cook your own meal, besides that it was nice.

Very tasty, friendly and efficient staff, pretty busy for a Sunday night but we were very well taken care of regardless of the rush, and it's rather reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.

Great place to hang out with family and friends. Knew this restaurant from our Korean friends. Delicious food, reasonable price, and nice service. Worth to try it, then you would love it...just like us!

My friend and I went with another couple who eat there all the time so that was very helpful. It was a little pricey for 4 people but worth it.he food and service was excellent. I would definitely go back!!
