Nice spot. Cheaper than those bigger stores. Owner Is A real nice guy. Parking is plenty.

I dont drink much but if I need to pick up something for someone or a special occasion you can count on Capitol. I have never gone there and not be able to find what I wanted. Workers are always friendly.

Bottle of crown apple 20 bucks, I'm used to it in FL where I'm originally from but here in RI it's rare to get good deals. Check him out, he had a cool special going on st Patty's, if you can guess his heritage in 1 guess he will give you a free nip. Pretty cool people in there

I know it seems odd to review a package store but the owners of this place are the nicest people and deserve the recognition. Always keep shelves stocked and help out with whatever you may need.

I've been going to Capitol a little less than a year and I have to tell you that I have definently built up loyalty to this place. Everytime either my Fiance or I enter we get a huge welcome by Z & T. There is always a great selection of nips to choose from. We live in Warwick and dont mind driving the extra few miles to visit. If you're in the area make sure you stop in and say hello.

Family owned and operated by two excellent,very helpful,personable people. The greatest perk for me is the hours - OPEN TIL 11! AND HOLIDAYS WHEN NO ONE ELSE IS!Love this place ...thanks for ur service .

I was in the store at capital liquors behind you "Jade Riveria". You were in your scrubs trying to buy liquor without a valid ID. It was a paper ID and was expired 8 months. You were told by the lady she couldn't serve you. You then tried to show her an ID on your cell phone from Pawtucket. When the lady tried to explain to you she could not sell to you BY LAW, because you didn't have a valid ID. You Jade became very angry and was yelling at her! " So you not going to serve me" "Why Not". The lady said again to you Jade she can not sell to you by law. You "Jade" became even more angry. Jade you did not get served because you had no ID! That simple. The lady said or did nothing like what you are saying. Nobody called you names. I was there.
