This is a legit store I am so happy I found them all the way in Boston I got my order in 4 days I bought some Jordan's that were out of stock in my state I will be shopping with them again and again I am very pleased with my purchase

New Concepts store at 18 Newbury is beautiful. To make things even better they even have a little cafe on the third level. Highly recommend to anyone trying to buy some nice looking shoes or clothes in Boston.

I’ve never written a review ever, but I just had to after the crazy good service from Avalon and Nam at Concepts! This whole summer I visited every other weekend and without fail I was met with great service and great people. We quickly became friends and as someone who usually feels uncomfortable going to places like this, because at some places the staff can give off weird vibes when you don’t know what you’re looking for or if you’re just looking around. I can 10000% say concepts is not like this and it’s super easy to ask questions and get filled in on whats new, the staff are mad attentive! Once again just want to shout out Avalon and Nam for being the best and giving actual honest feedback on some of the pieces and how they looked and could be styled. Best of luck to the store, y’all got some amazing people working there! I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!

Always love stopping into Concepts to see some cool shoes, and they recently opened a cafe at the top of the store. Very cool concept and the staff is amazing, very kind especially at the cafe!

Hello! My name is Tess in real life and frankly this store is too beautiful and awesome I don't understand why people criticize their order. There is the corona and the deliveries are more late which makes sense and if you cannot find your size it is because the store has a lot of customers and happy customers.

Great store, great people. Staff are eager to help you out and are very knowledgeable on the clothes and shoes. The selection is great, lots of shoes to choose from. The store itself is designed beautifully, very shiny and modern. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Talk about outstanding customer service. I won the new Nike Sacai in a raffle and so did my girlfriend, she had to work so I went in to pick up both pairs. I figured they would be rude and not allow it “rules”. But I had her ID and she was on the list and the guy at the register couldn’t have been cooler. Wow.
