Dunkin'

Not as many choices like before the pandemic. Tried using rewards, but I didn't have something for them to scan. I thought I just needed my phone number.

The crew that was working this morning were all so kind and wonderful and kicked my birthday off to such a great start. I left so happy, literally smiling from ear to ear! They all deserve everything their sweet angel hearts desire. 10/10 highly recommend!

They are always fast when I go through the drive through and always have online orders ready so I never have to wait! Amazing workers always with a smile!

Patient staff, hard working, food was fresh. Great location as well.

Kids wanted Halloween spider donuts. I wanted ice coffee. Very nice staff. Clean. Coffee is always great. Never been to this location. The one on Layton closed or something so we were heading to Honey Dip instead. Well, we came across this one first.

I have not had one bad experience at this dunkin. I go inside every morning in a time crunch and always get my food and drinks within 5 minutes. Great and friendly staff. Highly recommend this dunkin over others that I have been to.

We ordered thru the app. Tried to go in, but the door was locked so we went thru the drive thru. We then realized why the door was locked...1 employee working the entire store by himself, with a smile. Kudos, young man. Sunday afternoon, Feb 26, 2023

Staff was super friendly, made sure I was greeted right away, and made an AMAZING bacon & cheese croissant sandwich. Bought some doughtnuts too and man they were fresh! Even for it being 11am already. Will definitely be back again!

I typically use the On-The-Go order feature when commuting to the downtown area and they always have my order correct and ready to go....hot and fresh. Jiggs the morning manager is a nice guy always super friendly. I went there first because it was convenient to reach but keep going back because of the superior customer service.

Omg love stopping here I did read some Reviews let me say this as a business owner I’m well known for being super nice friendly but I’m human throughout my career days that I was feeling crabby or in s bad mood I wouldn’t go into work. Now I sell online I must go every day but when I’m in a bad mood I tell customers who show up they need an appointment. I have built an excellent reputation and I can’t have it ruined with one bad review. With that being said the biggest thing that so annoys me from customers is this “ I been shopping here the past 20 years always great today I got less then expected quality and IM NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! This too me is so ridiculous you mean to tell me you have hundreds of awesome experiences but one bad one your walking away that don’t make sense business owners are human and we can’t find the help we used to have because of our presidents policies Americans don’t want to work for minimum wage in a small business that’s all we can afford. I hopefully I raised some type of awareness NO ONE wants too work anymore I swear too you when your a small business and made $200 a day $100 goes back to buy product your left with $100 to pay bills and employees no one wants to work anymore

My bestfriend introduced me to Dunkin Donuts a couple months ago. I get a Large Carmel Craze (extra carmel), chocolate glaze Donut, 2 wake up wraps. Its safe to say I became a regular fairly quickly because I love their items and the service was always amazing. Nikki at the drive thru window always remembers my order and the rest of the am team is also very nice to me! I love going there! Thank you to all of you guys for making my mornings start off right!

Love this new place! Just be patient with the workers, they’re all new and half of them are students… they are doing an amazing job considering 27st businesses are always VERYYY Busy! Great job guys! I’ll be coming back. 😁 love the new opening. !! 🥳

Just got my usual chai tea latte and hash browns and was delivered exceptional customer service. I’m not sure her name but she was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever encountered. Her good mood and friendliness seriously made my day!! Thank you

Coffee at Dunkin Donuts takes your drinking experience to the next level. The sheer amount of sucrose power imbued upon these magnificent potions is too much for my weak, pitiful interior to handle. You won't regret the time spent hidden from society however as the experience is well worth the effort. The wise men say: everything worthwhile in life is difficult.

I don’t share feedback often, but the service I received at this Dunkin in Milwaukee was outstanding! Besides needing a coffee, I was lost and the place I was looking for was not coming up in my phone. Charlotte and Nina went out of their way to help me and point me in the right direction. Thank you!

The store is ample great ,charming amicable employees in a very quiet setting with a view of 27th st next to the highway.its in the same entrance as suburban motel then a sharp left.very energetic and comfortable atmosphere for a family.

This is the only dunkin I go to. Line is always short and they never mess up my drinks. Highly recommend.
