Very nice people

They sold me a stove that didn’t work, so they didn’t deliver it. Then they got a replacement, delivered it, didn’t install it, AND they just left it in my kitchen when I asked them to take it back and give me a refund.

What’s worse is they were trying to charge me an extra $100 claiming that it was new even though it clearly wasn’t.

I like to support the businesses in my neighborhood, but this place is completely unprofessional and should rethink the way they do business.

It was unprofessional the people were rude and didnt deliver at all when they said they would, some of the men there were bilingual but played it off as if they didnt speak english thankfully so was I. They kept pushing back the delivery time i called very hour to see if they were ready or not and they yelled at me. I was nothing but polite and patient and they were suppose to deliver by 2 now its 7 pm he called me 30 minutes before saying he was on the way I waited and now the place is closed. I hope I can get my money back or I'm involving the police, all I know is DONT SHOP HERE they're scammers.

Mom had a terrible experience, over priced for used appliances and if you need help their customer service is horrible. If something breaks they take their time to fix it, even longer to replace it despite the appliance still being in their warrenty/guarantee period. You have been warned.

Exchanged the washer. It wasnt rinsing properly. Soon after replacment broke down. 👎 Not recomended

Este lugar roba! Tengan cuidado! Primeramente cuando preguntas el precio evitan la pregunta! Luego te arreglan las cosas y cuando fallan y llamas otra vez, te cuelgan o no contestan! Fuimos en persona y no tienen respecto! No son profesionales y cuando les dices del problema dicen que no es suyo! Dicen que los que trabajan son su empleados pero a la misma vez que no! Cómo funciona eso?! Ya puse reporte a la Federación de comisión de comercio! Son ratas! ESTE LUGAR ES FRAUDE!

Horrible este lugar compre una secadora usada de ellos y no funciona luego los llamo para que la reparen y ni bien lo hicieron por que aún sigue dañada y para terminar se tardan mucho son unos completos estafadores
