Superior Kearny Justice Court

This court, and Judges, have violated my Civil Rights on more than one occasion. I'm not sure if they don't know the laws, or if they are just lazy and let debt collectors take advantage of them, but they are now warned there's a thing called DUE PROCESS!!! These little courts of Kearny and Superior, Arizona, along with their judges, are a disgrace to the justice system. They're allowing debt collectors to fast-track cases through their courts, thus denying the debtor any way to negotiate repayment of the debt. They've violated the Defendant's rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution, and denied them the protection of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They've granted default judgments against the Defendant before they can plead their case, even though proper Service of Process was never adhered to, and when the Debt Collector can't even produce a Signature Card for the debt, Ownership of the Debt, or my favorite, after the Debt Collector produces a list of witnesses, which are people who have ties to the Collector, who lease out a tiny office space inside buildings owned by Discover, Cap One, etc. That's right, witnesses posing as legitimate employees of the Creditor by using an address at their location.It's clear the Debt Collector/Law Firms have found a bunch of lazy, ignorant judges to take advantage of! Let's see how this plays out on a Federal level, or after the State Bar and State Attorney General start investigating this incompetence of the legal system!
