I got a Cadillac Escalade my 2nd Cadillac Escalade from them. CJ was the sales associate who was respectful kind honest & patient& understanding. The only bad thing was is that when I called I spoke to Eric told him asked if he had the car I wanted & I told him okay I will be omw to see the car he said when I get here ask for him. & I agreed to meet him at 2 I was early & was less than 5 mins away spoke to him & told him that & he said that hell be there. I get there & they say me " Oh Eric jus left right now . Smh . CJ trabajo de bueño

Had a great experience today purchasing a car for my daughter in college.Our salesman was Anthony, He was a pleasure to work with, The buying process was easy/laid back & No high pressure sales. We finished up are paperwork with a nice lady named Candi. She was very professional & efficient. Just want to take moment to say "Thank you both". I will be returning customer!

Just purchased my first car and had Glenn as our salesman. He was such a great help answering our questions and didn’t hover which made it a lot less nerve wracking for me. Highly recommend coming here if you want a laid back experience shopping for your car!

We just got a new truck. The customer service was fantastic and super friendly. This isn't our first buy here and definitely won't be our last. Glenn and Xenique were amazing and so helpful there service is the reason me and my wife are leaving highly satisfied with the overall experience.

Wonderful buying experience!! Not what you would expect from a used car lot! Very friendly no pressure service! It was my son’s first car and they made the experience a good one!! Jake was a great help and nice to deal with the whole process! Finance was very easy, no pressure. Also, we came back to take delivery and Leo was amazing at helping us get everything ready and delivered!! We will definitely be coming back to buy my next son’s car here!! The cars are very clean as well!

I went a few days ago with my mom to get my first car, and I was really intimidated at first based on what she told me car lots were like. Both of us were very pleasantly surprised by how smooth this experience was though, I had a set list of cars that I was wanting to look at/test drive and there was no pressure whatsoever to look at other expensive cars that I wasn't interested in. Gabe was the guy that helped us through the process, and any problems that came up were quickly taken care of by him. He was very chill and listened to what we needed, no questions asked, and my mom and I were both very satisfied overall. I ended up getting the car that was my first choice, it's really nice and was affordable too. Overall this was a great experience for me, especially for my first time buying a car, and I'll definitely be recommending this place to other people :)

My daughter went in to buy her first car. Eric was her sales man. He was so kind and patient and HONEST!!! I’ve never been to a dealership that was pressure free. Went yesterday to look at new used cars for my daughter's first car. We actually walked into the dealership and were greeted by Gabe. Absolutely zero pressure which is a must for me! We test drove 3 and ended up purchasing rhe one she had her eyes set on before we got there. Gabe was very respectful and attentive to our needs and LISTENED to what we wanted. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience and the car is a great little started at an affordable price! We will refer others and use them for other vehicle needs.

My brother and I had a great time at this dealership today. The staff were very friendly and the manager is a pretty funny guy as well! Very happy to get an amazing deal on our new car here.

Omg I absolutely love New Deal in Glendale Arizona the staff here is absolutely amazing everyone here is fabulous however Glenn is the best he took care of us from when we stepped out of our car to the final purchase. Glenn you Da best thank you new deal
