Love living here been here 4 months and it's so quite and the manager Stacey, Bobby are so amazing

ive never seen a manager try so hard with poeple then i have with the current mangager stacy i would do anything to help her out she really is an amazing person

I love living here for so many reasons. The property manager, Stacy, has done so many great things. The children have an amazing playground because of her. We now have a gazebo with seating and a fire pit and grill to enjoy. The property is well maintained and very friendly people. I would recommend this RV park to anyone👍

Very quiet. Neighbors are friendly for the most part I stick to myself. Recently upgraded well equipment and children’s play area. The larger gravel throughout the park is nice when it rains, keeps the spaces from getting super muddy. 10/10 would recommend

Its quite a ways out of town but its rather nice. The prices are amazing and there is no age requirement like almost every other rv park in the area. Free water and septic while you just have to pay for electric. Has a public bathroom (bring your own toilet paper) and laundry ($2). Driveway can be dangerous for motorcycles and such. Overall I'm quite happy staying here!

Very happy so far. Very family friendly, great manager and very great rates. They r not super picky about they age of your trailer, obviously understanding that not everyone can afford a newer trailer. We love it here!

Place is great and has great price! Bathrooms are clean, Laundry Room. Store is stocked with items you would actually need.
They also have a dump station w/ potable water $10.00.

This RV park is an AMAZING value it has the cheapest rent of any RV park within 100 miles and since the new owners bought the park a year ago they have put so much into improving the park and it truly shows and these old reviews really need to go back and give it another chance since the renovations have been done blacktop streets throughout laundry room has been completely redone with new wood floors they have made guests stay on top of there property built a huge storage yard with high block walls that’s cheaper than any storage lot I’ve ever seen they built an office and connivence store re-done landscaping throughout the park besides that the new owners are such great people I would gladly recommend staying here to any of my family and friends if anyone says this place is not a great value for the price they need to go to my home town in Texas I’m astounded that anyone has any quarrel with any side of this park amazing place and amazing people will be back 5*

Just moved in and everyone I have met are so friendly. The Mgr. Bill is a very Gentleman. Along with his new maintance man. Looks like they are getting this AJ squared away.

The landlord is really nice she help us work things out with rent and I’m really grateful that she help out

Nice, our friend was in from Santa Fe with a huge fifth- wheel. Right across from super golf course.

We love it here, very quiet place and a good manager.

My brother is living there in a camper. The new owners are super about helping out anyway they can!
