I am truly grateful my friend introduced me to this gym. I was very nervous coming to a new state, new environment and to a new gym but the people were welcoming and friendly. I’ve gone to many gyms and CrossFit classes but this coach taught me the most from proper training, basics and stopped me during class to teach me to avoid future mistakes and injuries. It’s been a yr into this gym. I built my skills, my confidence and excited for entering future competitions. Most of all I built great friendships in this gym and they helped me reached my goals.

"The Box" is my happy place. I love going to this gym. Great energy and positivity from the Trainers. It's nice to be in a supportive environment where you feel welcomed and everyone is treated equally. You definitely get pushed to best of your ability physically and mentally!

This is an amazing gym. The classes are geared for all levels no matter where a person is on his or her level. Coaching is top notch focused on not only reaching individual goals but in fashion where safety and health matter. Never felt more supported in any other gym.

5 stars all around, it's a great gym filled with great people. I tried the 2 day free class trial back in October of last year and have been going ever since. I have never met a negative person here, everyone is super friendly.

I love this gym. I had lost my self-motivation for working out so I looked around. I did the two day free trial and immediately felt welcomed. All of the people I’ve met are so nice. I’ve only been here since January but can’t imagine ever leaving.

First time doing crossfit and let me tell you it wasn't easy but the coaches and other members are great and very helpful! Two months in and loving it!

We love The Box!! Mike is an amazing CrossFit coach and a genuinely awesome person. I’ve worked out in gyms on and off for twenty years but it doesn’t compare to the one on one coaching you get here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Coach Mike Hazen is diligent in his craft of constructing athletes, and never shies away from working out with us. Comfortable atmosphere for women to workout at. This is a good place to start if your a beginner because of Coach Hazen’s knowledge & instruction.
