I don’t normally drop reviews however this facility deserves one. First Laura Stager is amazing, she is kind, compassionate, understanding and offers exceptional patient care. Second I had to get a wellness exam Laura was booked out which is no surprise due to how great she is so I saw the new doctor Justin Cole. He also demonstrated exceptional patient care, he took his time, answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable through out the wellness exam made sure I felt heard and understood. The medical assistants in the back were kind, had a smile on their face and also engaged in conversation. The girl that did my labs was also very outgoing and friendly. Lastly the girls at the front desk always have a smile on their face, they are willing to go above and beyond especially when it comes to dealing with my health insurance. I will definitely continue going here for my medical needs and will either see Laura or Justin as they are both great Doctors

Excellent service. Dr Cole is a great addition to the clinic as a young , knowledgeable, enthusiastic and caring person. He is professional and efficient. Better yet is he has plans to make Casa Grande his home for the foreseeable future.

Entire staff professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Samantha Lakar was very knowledgeable and took time to listen and willingly answered questions as I asked them.

My provider Samantha Kakar is one of 2 favorite providers I have had in my 66 years. Thoughtful, professional, thorough, pleasant and a real pleasure to meet with. She made me feel genuinely cared for.

The staff are extremely welcoming. Dr. Cole is the best doctor in all of Casa Grande. Usually I would drive a hour and a half to get quality treatment. That was until I found Dr.Cole. He’s extremely compassionate, relatable, and kind. He’s an expert in his field.

Banner HealthCare in my opinion is one of the best. Moving here from the east coast and having to get all new Dr's was a nightmare I thought!!! I was wrong, that were very reassuring and professional and in no time I found my great team at Banner.

My son had a procedure here today. The staff was lovely and caring. We loved the way the staff treated my daughter-in-law, myself, and my son. As I was standing in line for coffee, one of the sweet nurses used her free coffee to pay for mine. Another nurse was kind enough to bring me a warmed blanket when I talked about how awesome they were. This hospital is all about loving and caring for people. Thank you all so much!

The staff there are very professional and through. As a patient I didn't feel rushed and felt like they really care.

Dena Arner was great. The appointment didn't feel rushed, she listened, she recommended and coordinated any services I needed to have completed. Excellent visit.

I have been a patient of Laura Stager for about 4 years. Her care has been excellent. Very personable and relatable. Wait time is always short. Office staff very accommodating.

I got lucky to get Dena as my provider. She listen to what you have to say and really cares. Can not say enough good about her. Really helped me with my blood pressure problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AS YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER. SHE IS AWESOME

Laura Stager FNP is awesome, knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, she truly listens to my concerns and questions... I highly recommend Laura and wish there were more Family Medicine Providers with her knowledge, expertise and kind, gentle manner!

Jim met with Laura Stager, LNP a few days ago. To say she addressed all our concerns is an understatement. Laura listened and made adjustments to Jim's meds and made sure we understood what and why she was making the changes. Laura is kind, efficient and seems to really care about her patients.

MD Franklin Baroi in Casa Grande he always listens what I’m trying to say about my health and my concerns. He is very genuine, compassionate and the most important to me: when I don’t understand some medical lingo, he does explain. Overall, he is a great Medical Doctor and I do highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a Doctor that will care about your health. Dr. Franklin Baroi is that Doctor. When you back home! You are happy because he answered everything and more of your concerns.

My husband just saw Dr. Baroi, I happened to tag along, because I wanted to meet his new Dr. What a pleasant experience, from the receptionist, Medical Assistant Shellie, to Dr. Baroi. What a very warm and welcoming atmosphere!
