Prairie Sinus Ear Allergy Clinic

My ENT dr retired after seeing him for over 30 years and I am so fortunate to have found Dr Jay Raisen to replace him. I was a little worried at first of course, as we find change difficult as we get older. Dr Raisen has proven to me to be one of the best ENT drs. I have had a tremendous amount of head noise for the past 10 years and after seeing Dr Raisan it has nearly disappeared. It’s so nice to be able to go to sleep at night without all the noise. I would highly recommend Dr Raisan, he is very patient and knowledgeable in his field. Denese Belzer

My wife and I brought our son in for ear tubes after a rough year of ear infections. We ended up choosing the hummingbird procedure in office and we’re very happy with the results and entire process. Our son was himself and back to normal 15 minutes after. Everyone was very professional and helpful and would recommend Praire sea to anyone.

I have been seeing prairie seas for around two years with nose problems, never being able to breath. Dr. Raisen finally figured what was wrong with my nose, did a couple surgeries and he has changed my life for the better! Its been a long journey of never being able to breath through my nose before but now I’m able to! I’m very thankful for the staff and Dr. Raisen for completely changing my life. Very much recommend!

Brought my daughter in for the new hummingbird ear tube operation they checked her out in the office and same day put in tubes in office. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I was looking for an allergist to give me my allergy shots, that I was having transferred from my allergist in another state. I called to see if they did that (witch they said they did but I needed to have a appointment to do their own allergy screening) I made the appointment, I needed my shots within a month; witch they told my they could fit me in so I would not mess up my dose. Three days before my appointment they canceled it and movie it two months out. They told me they double booked the appointment. I went in two months later and they said they would take me on as a patient and give me my shot as soon as the bottles of solution arrived. My other allergist sent them. They called me to make a appointment for me to receive my shots, when i arrived the nurse (who was very kind) told me that the Dr hadn’t filled the proper paperwork out yet and they had to wait to hear from my other Dr to give the okay (witch the nurse informed me that he was supposed to have filled the paperwork out two weeks ago but he didn’t) I waited two hours in the office to see if they would be giving me my shot. They did not. I left them many voicemails to see the status of things and if I needed to still fill out more paperwork, they called me back didn’t know when they would be making appointments again because the Dr had a personal emergency to deal with. Then one month later one of the nurses called me to tell me that they were dropping me as a patient because I was too difficult and complicated for them to deal with. I do not recommend this allergist.

Rescheduled my appointment multiple times in a week. Because they mixed up communication internally. Then cancels it because I was on antibiotics. Which was caused because I had to stop taking over the counter allergy medicine at their request. I called other highly reputable allergist in town to get an appointment. They were far more eager to take me in with enthusiasm. I have no reservations taking my family somewhere else. For both accuracy and consistency. Everyone has their own experience and this is just mine.
