We got Great Service. Our Server was Professional, Knowledgeable, and a Great Embassador for Chili's restaurant. Food was Delicious. Food Presentation was Awesome. Chili's is a Wonderful restaurant. Thank you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were quick to bring out food and anything else needed. The food was delicious and we all walked away full and happy! Would go back again! The server was kind and patient and the area was clean and well maintained. We were sat right away and had no complaints about anything! Menu was extensive with lots of good options.

Service here is especially great, they use tablets to take orders so we got our drinks a minute after telling the server, before she even left our table! They also have the Presto table devices so you don't have to wait to pay/get refills/order more food. Food is usually great most of the time I go here but on this specific occasion the burgers didn't have sauce? This wasn't the case on prior visits so don't let that discourage you. The atmosphere is fun, it's usually busy but not noisy still.

AMAZING!! Proportions were above my eating capabilities. My partners burger was all that she could eat. The fries with both our meals were seasoned perfectly, and lots of them. I had the smoke house combo with chicken and saucage and it was delicious! I was sad that I couldn't eat the whole the whole platter.

Went in last night to retrieve my togo order, when inside I realized I never finished placing the order. The woman first checked to make sure my order didn't get finalized then placed it for me. She was so sweet and even offered to deliver curbside without a hesitation. Furthermore she offered the best customer service I've had in awhile. Much appreciated!

One of the best restaurants in town! I have been a faithful customer since the pandemic. Food is hot, good service times and friendly staff. I don't visit as often as I order food online (The best bean burger ever!). Keep up the good work Chilli's!

Lunch visit here today!! The fajitas were probably the best I’ve had in many years. The service was awesome. And great prices for the amount of food you get!! Love this Chilis.

Great baby back ribs....fall off the bone. Substituted broccoli for one side to reduce carbs. Delicious

Haven't been to Chili's for a while, their menu lost its taste for a while in my opinion. That time has ended and this experience at this particular location has been renewed. Jess was our serves and she did an exemplary job. The food was portioned well, the flavor profiles right on the tongue, and the atmosphere comfortable.

We are new to Casa Grande in May. Never a big fan of chili's. But we wanted to give this one a shot. WOW. Not only is there service some of the best I've ever had but there food is fantastic. We will for sure be a repeat customer.

Delicious! Chili's is my favorite go to for a house margarita. Always great service and you don't wait long for your food. Service is always great and the bartenders are super friendly. No matter which location I go to, I get the same great service. The ASU location's manager comes out and says hi to all the customers and is super friendly.

Good for a quick bite anytime! Lunch time during the week is the least busy time. Two of us shared the three piece BBQ platter and it was excellent! The Berry Blitzen Rita was a little on the sweet side, but good.

Our server greeted us at the door and took us to our booth, so we didn't have to wait at all at the front entrance.
I chose to go with one of the specials (3 for me) and my boyfriend ordered a Smokehouse Combo (because he likes to have leftovers).
Everything came out very nicely, nice & hot. Very good tasting.
The one thing that is my "have to" is keeping our drinks full...and our server did a great job keeping the refills coming.
Probably one of the better experiences we have had going out to eat in quite some time.

Cindy was our server and was so amazing . Friendly and courteous and never let any cups sit empty . We loved having her as our server . ❤ she is a keeper .

This place was great. Service, food, and prices are all bang on. I would definitely recommend it and will be back.

Food was really good and fast service.
I ordered my to go order inside the wait was less than 10 minutes.
We had hamburgers and chicken tenders.

Had a very good meal. Wife had an explosion salad and I had a triple dipper. Food was good and the waitress was awesome.

Reserved our table via the Chili's app and were promptly seated upon arrival. The restaurant wasn't too crowded and we received our first round of drinks quickly. Good food, good service. Always a good time at Chili's!

Amazing customer service and by far the most attentive server I’ve ever had the pleasure to be presented with! Robert Garza deserves a promotion, a raise, and to be recognized as the face of what makes a top waiter for excellence! We will be back specifically to see him again!

This visit at Chili's was one of my favorites. The server, which I didn't catch her name, was on point! The chips and dip were fresh, and the Queso dip was hot. The drinks ordered from the bar were made as perfect as could be. When the food came out, it was sizzling hot and tasted made to order. All in all, if it wasn't for the server this visit and the cooks in the back, this visit would not have gone as it did. The team on duty at lunch was awesome.
