I must say the best dental service I've ever received!!! I have always been very afraid of the dentist. The whole staff was nice, welcoming and they fit me in to see Jeff according to my needs and work schedule. I was very impressed by Jeff Mitchell MY now new dentist. He was very compassionate, caring and had very good bed side manners. I can honestly say I HIGHLY recommend Dick and Mitchell DDS to anybody who needs dental service. Jeff you and your staff are the best!! Keep up the great work!!

Dr. Mitchell and his team have taken excellent care of my whole family for over 10 years. My 2 girls who are 12 and 8 even look forward to going to the dentist which is not typical for many kids. This team will care for you like you are family!

The best dental office in town! Dr Mitchell and Dr Dick are awesome! Each time I visit I am treated with kindness and with the utmost care. The staff is friendly and professional. Once I went in with molar pain/sensitivity, and instead of doing work on me, I was taught that my sinus pressure, which I had at the time, was the likely cause of the pain, and that it would likely go away on its own without the need for any dental work. The pain did go away on its own! They could have made some easy money by working on my problematic tooth, but I was extremely impressed with their honesty. This is they type of business everyone in town should support! For all my dental needs, I don't consider going to anyone else. I highly recommend Dick and Mitchell!

Carla, my dental hygienist, is always conscientious, careful, thorough and friendly. The new dentist, Dr. Crosby, was friendly and thorough as well. I will miss Dr. Dick, after a 33 year working relationship, but I know we’ve been left in very capable hands. I drive 35 miles each way to keep my appointments with this firm and am not even tempted to change. I recommend this dental practice to everyone.

Hands down the best in Casa Grande!!! The staff is phenomenal! There has never been a time I haven't been greeted with a smiling face! I have had multiple dental procedures done by Dr. Mitchell and he has never let me down! He is so kind and takes his time with each and every one of his patients. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. Thank you guys!

Best Dental Office In Town!!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Jeff Mitchell or over the past 7 years. The Dentist, Hygienists and staff here are amazing. The front staff is very friendly and always happy to help. We never wait very long to see the doctor and never feel rushed during our visit. Dr. Mitchell takes his time and is always happy to answer every question or concern that we might have. I feel that Dr. Mitchell sincerely cares for my family's dental needs Their fees and prices are much more reasonable than others we have seen in town.

If you are new to Casa Grande and need a new dentist or you are dissatisfied with your current dental provider, I would definitely recommend this dentist and office for your dental needs!!

Dr. Jeff, Tommie, and Crystal are amazing and pain free! I have been going to Dick and Mitchell, DDS for going on 30 years now, before Dr. Wayne retired. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a highly qualified dentist. They are amazing and if you need them in an emergency, will do all they can to make you comfortable before, during and after scheduled appointments. I think they are the best!

Dr Crosby made me feel perfectly at ease and was able to take care of what I originally needed to go to the dentist for on my first visit. My technician was also great. All the staff were very pleasant and upbeat. Overall an excellent experience!

I first went into Doctor Mitchell's office when I was having some really bad tooth pain. Unfortunately at the time I thought I had a sever allergic reaction to Novocaine. He helped me with the pain which turned out to be a really nasty tooth infection, but he also helped me and worked with me on my allergy. He helped me find an allergist and we discovered that the allergy wasn't there! One of my favorite things about Dr. Mitchell is when I was in the dentist chair he knew I hadn't taken the best care of my teeth I knew I hadn't been taking the best care of my teeth, but he didn't kick me when I was down. Trust me when you are sitting in that chair in pain the last thing you want is to be kicked when you are down. He has the best attitude and bed side manner I have ever experienced. I think a lot of doctors could take some notes from Dr. Mitchell. His staff are always friendly and welcoming and get to know you on a first name basis.

i was scared to go the the dentist but after going and seeing Dr. Mitchell i wouldn't go to any other Dentist ever. Dr. Mitchell and his staff are welcoming. They make you feel safe. It is nice to be able to walk into the office and they know you by your first name. I would tell my family and friends to go to see Dr. Mitchell.

Dr. Mitchell and his team are awesome! I was able to go in and get my crown done in one visit! No more messy nasty impression, no more temporary crown and then having to go back for another visit for the final crown. This is the best office in Casa Grande, hands down!! I am so thankful to Dr. Crosby for opening the office to take care of my little emergency. And as usual, he was kind, friendly, polite and professional. Not only is he my favorite dentist, he is my only dentist. I love Mitchell and Crosby Family Dentistry.

I lost a filling while visiting Casa Grande. I was able to make an appointment to see Dr. Jeffrey Mitchell the same day I called. I was seen promptly when I arrived at the office and Dr. Mitchell quickly repaired my tooth. As this was a front tooth, he used a composite filling. The filling is virtually invisible. I am pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone at the office.

Mitchell and Crosby is a friendly place to go to with your dental needs. I have been going to their practice for 7 years and have found the staff and doctors very proficient and willing to help me whenever I need extra attention. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate place to go.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have been terrified of the dental chair. I hate needles, I hate pain, I hate that I can see it all. But, I am sooo glad to report that this experience, even though I was sore afraid going in, was very pleasant- as pleasant as getting 4 cavities filled, could be! Dr. Mitchell catered to me and my child hood fears. He let me choose the 80's tunes to listen too (any distraction helps me), he gave me laughing gas!!! I didn't even know that was an option for adults!!! Yes!!! He sang to me as he gave me the shots- upon request! I had been told from the previous dentist that I had 1 possibly 2 crowns. Dr. Mitchell was able to save more of my tooth structure and do fillings on both of those molars. I had a rough job for the dentist to fill- one filling needed in each quadrant, sheesh! Dr. Mitchell used the rubber dams and was very efficient. He treated me as a person, meaning that I have been in the dental chair before and the dentist never spoke to me, only to his assistant about me. Not Dr. Mitchell. Through the entire procedure he kept checking in with me and made it so I could communicate through thumbs up or down to his options. He was very gentle and funny. I am really satisfied with his skills and talents and knowledge as my dentist. Thank you SO much Dr. Jeff Mitchell!!!

Totally Amazing Dentist!! Dr. Jeff is really the BEST!!!! After 2 cavities fixed and 20 minutes later she was go to go to school!! This was not the case at our previous dentist, where she was hysterical at the end of every visit. So I can't thank him enough!

I have been coming to this office for about 4 years. I had an emergency, Dr. Jeff was the only Dentist in the area willing to help. I have stayed with them ever since and bring my kids in as well. The entire staff is awesome! I highly recommend!

Dr. Mitchell really goes above and beyond. My daughter was visiting from school in California when she chipped her tooth. He answered the call and fixed her tooth on a Saturday. You can tell he really loves his job! Thank you Dr. Mitchell!!

Amazing facility! Had a problem with a tooth that needed attention, Dr Mitchell got me in as they were closing and took care of the problem! That’s what I love about small town businesses, definitely my go to dentist.

Best dentist and hygienists ever! I have a long dental history and have been to several offices over the years, but Dr. Mitchell and his office staff are at the top. I actually like going to the dentist now!
