Quality Inn Casa Grande I-10

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Casa Grande. Years ago I was a truck driver and I can say that the staff here at this hotel was the best experience. Emha was the person at the front desk and gave us first class treatment. Our stay will never be forgotten as a enjoyable experience. She even turned on the a/c while we gather our things and place us in a good room away from any issues. We will come back again. Thanks

She was lovely and extremely helpful. She made our trip much more enjoyable. We will be back again due to her patience and friendly personality.

Totally enjoyed my stay. Very clean and quiet.

I had a reservation for the wrong day and the front desk was able to change it for me. I dropped my entrance badge in the parking lot and they were able to find it for me after I called them. My work poorly communicated my schedule, I thought I was staying for another day and left my things in my room. When my schedule changed they let me check out after the set check out time.

It's located in Satan's armpit, so saying the location is great would be fictitious. But for the elements being so savage, this hotel is a very nice little oasis! The people are nice and the rooms are clean. The pool was nice and plenty of delicious food at the breakfast, too include BACON (hot commodity at these choice hotels). For the price you can't beat it for a pet friendly hotel.

Great for what was needed. Good pillows. Clean room. Easy access to the freeway and fast food options. And I could park outside my door. The rate was a bit higher than I think it should have been for a motor inn, but otherwise no complaints.

I would like to give a shout out to quality inn during the power outage here in AZ city. They were truly amazing! The front desk clerk worked his butt off after working extremely long shifts and balancing between about 20 people in the lobby and the phones ringing iff the hook. As frustrating as it was for everyone he did his best and got everyone a room that he could. Then the manager of the hotel was an angel in disguise. Never once did she raise her rates and she did everything she could to make sure everyone had a place to stay. She went as far as to take down names and numbers and call people if she had cancelations. And the support staff with housekeeping was fantastic as well. They moved non stop to make sure rooms got done and cleaned as fast as possible. I will always recommend this place now. Thank you quality inn for being amazing!

I have been staying here for work. Clean rooms. Great staff. I left some stuff in the bathroom and they even saved it over the weekend and I picked it up the following Monday.

Very impressed with this hotel! Cozy, clean, & comfortable! Great location for shopping & dining. The continental breakfast (NOT located in the main lobby) was one of the best ones we've eaten in quite some time. If this location is booked up, the Main Stay less than 5 minutes away was equally as nice.

They upgraded our room to a suite for no reason, just being awesome! The room was spectacular. Clean, roomy, stylish, comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice. Pool access with hot tub. Loved the staff here. Very friendly and accommodating. Would return.

Nice,well kept hotel. Staff is great, breakfast was great and the rooms are great, price was great as well. Easy to find location,as we are from Indiana and are not familiar with area. Pet friendly and pet fee is not sky high! Not one of those noisy places where you hear people through the walls all night! Definitely would stay here again.

Miss Khandi and GM Emily are the greatest. I'm from a different state had to go to hospital. Recovered for a week here. These ladies went out of there way to help me and make sure I was safe and good. This world still has some amazing people in it. I'm truly greatful!!! Wish I could give a 100 🌟

I have no complaints! The room was clean, the bed and pillows just perfect, and friendly staff! There are two BBQ grills by the pool and a hot breakfast in the morning. I will be staying here again!

Frequent business traveler, and on my recent stay I was actually traveling for pleasure. I booked two nights at the Casa Grande Quality Inn. I am leaving 5 stars but this is not a 5 Star hotel. This is a Quality Inn. However the rooms were clean and safe, the staff was fantastic and breakfast was better than expected. I would stay here again.

Amazing place, staff are great and helpful they help ya when u need help locating the rooms or the breakfast room. Rooms are clean. Prices are good, you get a bit more then what ya paid for, your not payin for a high class hotel so its good for a place for the night or 2 while travling😊.

Visiting my grandchildren in casa grande. They spent 2 nights with me. The service was exceptional! Even when one of the children wet the bed they were very prompt in getting us clean sheets! I had a problem connecting to internet and someone came right away to help me. Overall by far one of my best experiences every!

From the moment I walked into the front office I was greeted with a smile and a Is pleasant welcome, The reason for a 5 star review on this one The hospitality I sent immediately when I walked in was great also they have an exercise room complimentary breakfast and shopping is within walking distance A simple thing that can change a good experience to a bad experience is The good energy and care that you sence from the employees is key

Clean hotel with the kindest staff. We had a difficult day of traveling and when we arrived they helped us with everything we needed. Will be coming back!
