Holiday Inn Casa Grande

We got a suite, got free breakfast which was good. The facility was nice. In Oct the pool was all in shade by 4. Our suite was very nice, had a nice bar area with a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. I was surprised with all of that there were no dishes in the cupboard to use and put in dishwasher. Will stay again when in area.

It was built when they made properties out of concrete, so you don't hear every little noise upstairs and next door. It's not near the freeway so you don't have people up and down the halls all night long. Staff are friendly and the hot breakfast buffet is very good. The coffee is very good.

Friendly staff, big convention or something but didn’t get the room I requested that it’s still quite nice. I wish I could’ve stayed longer at the hotel . Myself and my family were out shopping forreal estate a place for me to live in Arizona. It’s because of the holiday inn in Casa Grande. I decided that that would be my big city. Because of the holiday inn conference center and how lovely the people were and just a beautiful disguise in the palm trees were I decided to stay in that area which is which is quite a ways out but the lovely lovely homes at a decent price. So if you ever happen to be near the Casa Grande area and need a hotel room, please check out the Holiday Inn and Conference center and you won't be disappointed!!! Oh and the food was fantastic I have never eaten better food my entire life seriously, do it! I promise the weather, the people, and the pool you will love. Butt Most of all the staff. Thank you ladies!

Staff polite and very friendly. Hotel is always clean. breakfast buffet is delicious. Only wish they had more shade coverage over the pool area so we could enjoy the pool during the day.

Very clean, plenty of pillows, very comfortable beds, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was included and had many choices from cold cereal to ham sausage and eggs with waffles and pancakes and choices of juice. Excellent place

Hi First of all the entire staff and management were super nice and helpful.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with a small family group and this worked out great thanks to the staff

All with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end.
The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on bathroom with shower very clean.
Reception was very helpful in directing us to all our questions and concerns , so we have great nights out as well

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff and the atmosphere was top notch. Room service was perfect, and we really liked the courtyard and pool. The room was clean. Highly recommended.

If looking at staying in Casa Grande, then please try this hotel, we have stayed here twice now and enjoy the lovely location with superb restaurant and heated outdoor pool and spa. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel delivers a wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice. A lovely hotel especially if you have a room over looking the gardens and the pool. Sitting out in the bar patio area the garden terrace in the evening was just so relaxing and lovely, they will serve you cold beers and margaritas there in the evening if you ask the bartender. I found the location just perfect. Impressed with the fitness room but didn't get round to trying this out. When visiting Casa Grande again i would certainly stay here again!

Excellent service, clean room, attentive staff. Cedric at the front desk was knowledgeable and engaging. John, the on duty manager of Cabos restaurant, served us in a timely and professional fashion. Great stay overall.

There was a girl named Genesis that worked the front desk when we checked in. Her customer services was superb and I definitely appreciated her help. She told us of a place that's good to eat at and explained to us how to get to the premium mall to shop once we were done with our dinner. I hope she's still employed there the next time I'm in town or that this is an indication that you pride yourself on hiring people just like her to represent your brand. I am one happy customer. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection to choose from. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The pool is wonderful and they have a workout room.

I ate at the hotel restaurant here and it was amazing. I tried a Build-your-own burger and they cooked it just right and the fries it came with were nice and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. 10/10 would eat here again:)

I was attending a conference at this hotel and stayed here for two nights. The meeting faciilties are very professional and the hotel itself is an oasis in the desert. This Holiday Inn is modern and exceptionally clean. The room that I stayed in had a large flat screen TV and the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless.I had ordered room service and the food was delivered in 20 minutes. The steak fajitas that I ordered was cooked perfectly and came with all the fixins. This place is great value they have free wifi which was super fast and a breakfast buffet.

I have stayed here twice and I have had an awesome experience. Clean room , friendly staff, and customer service is like it should be. AWESOME SAUCE!

The whole month that we spent there they treated us like family. Pretty nice place to stay! Loved the swimming pool, always kept clean!!!

Had several out of town guests come in and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Casa Grande AZ. For a funeral. There was approximately 50 people that started 3 days. The employees were extremely cordial, and provided above and beyond courtesy to my family members to allow them to spend extra time in the restaurants and to even offer a room off of the restaurant to meet up since there were so many of them so they could talk and visit. This was allowed for approximately 3 days.

Very nice comfy room, great bed, Keurig machine, microwave, very clean. Small pool in courtyard, good service at front desk. Good rate.

Super great staff, lovely rooms, clean, and loved it there when I stayed over. This is seriously the best bang for your buck if you want to visit here.

I stayed here for 2 weeks this past summer. Staff was great. Rooms are very clean and stay clean. Pool, Hot tub, and Bar. Cant beat it.
