First American Credit Union

Amazed by the ratings. I have been a member for over 30 years and also additional banking elsewhere. I use everything available from notary to financial services. I say every single time I am there that my needs were met! , sometimes easier than I thought. Maybe over 500 transactions or info. Great service at times outstanding. It’s a Credit Union that’s easily as good as anyone

So I noticed a lot of the reviews are negative towards staff or wait times. I've never had a problem with staff nor have I had any issues with the bank. In the past I had been with banks who find ways to screw you over in more ways than one. However First American has done nothing but protect my money including haulting a fraudulent charge with a card that was copied by someone in St. Louis. I've called in prior to purchasing my car notifying them I would be needing to pay a hefty down. They assisted in making sure my funds were readily available it's been great. The login system for online is easy and quick I've never had an issue getting logged in on the site. This Credit Union has done nothing but protect my money and I would take that over the experiences I've had with major banks I'd gladly stay with First American and I have for 5 years now.

I have had my auto loan with this credit union for about a year and a half and they have always been extremely helpful with loan/payments . Danielle Ferguson has been very hands on when I’ve needed something , I can’t recommend enough she’s great!

Special thanks to Janet and team. This is my 3rd visit to a shared coop branch today after learning my coop account in Hawaii is compromised and funds were being withdrawn as we speak. My own FCU said that the fraudsters would be able to continue pulling funds due to the overdraft protections of the account and it being linked to savings. That was not a satisfactory answer for me. I told a very patient Janet what was going on and that I needed to clear my account because if there is no money in it, it cannot be stolen. She understood and she is alert and FAST.

Within the hour I made to to Casa Grande Branch and the team was alerted of my situation and allowed me to withdraw the rest of my funds safely and professionally.

I am thrilled and will most likely return tomorrow to open a personal account with this branch instead. Thank you so much. Janet, you are the BOMB DOT COM!

I only had First American because they house my auto loan. They have always been friendly, and I never had a problem with them, but I recently became unemployed and Christy went above and beyond to help during this hard time. Will definitely continue banking with them from here on out!

I love this credit union! They've always treated me well. Needed a notary recently and I got helped quickly and they helped me resolve what I needed to. The drive through is usually quick and the staff is friendly :)

I don't have an account here but they are In the coop my credit union is in, I can go here and get the same great service as I do in Indiana credit union! Always friendly and highly recommend them!

Been with this bank so far since i started my adulthood nothing wrong with the bank its usually on the users end if anything .i prefer this bank if your an adult .

This is the best online system I have ever had...easy to understand and excellent security. The clerk's and management offer considerate and kind customer service!
