Awesome staff and always great service! I hope the new upgraded system is more user friendly as this one now has major issues and not so easy to access to the electronic statements.

Jadelynn was very helpful with getting us started with our 2 new checking accounts and our new savings accounts. She also advised us what we needed to do to set up our small business checking account

Maria Tapia was very considerate of her customers turning the into clients by being concerned about what they were looking for and how best to benefit them. She was very informative, helping me to make no brained decisions that be a blessing to me in the long run!!! I’d recommend several to visit her to become better financially literate!!!!

I have enjoyed banking at Pinal Credit Union in Casa Grande for many years now. I appreciate the friendly staff and the overall "family" atmosphere. I've had many good experiences but recently in particular appreciate JadeLynn (sp?)as a teller. Fast, friendly, efficient.

I was not a customer prior to today. I came to take advantage of the banks 5.5% CD . Ms . Maldonado was assigned to help me. I'm old and she took her time explaining the system and was extremely pleasant. I am happy with my Personal bank at this time , but if things change in the future, I will seriously consider Pinal County FCU , base on the customer service Ms Maldonado afforded me today . Your bank is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee.
