I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years now. In ALL of that time, not ONCE have I EVER been treated badly, disrespected or anything of the sort!
In fact, my experience has been the exact opposite! Every single person who works there are amazing, wonderful and kind people. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Now, even my grown children come to this place. I can't begin to count how many times they have saved my bacon, and have been absolutely supportive of my varying illnesses over the years!!
They've been so patient when I've come in grumpy from not feeling well. With this place, you don't need to go anywhere else!! You get to feel like family here. And, me and my kids absolutely do!!
I can't say enough good things about ALL of the employees here. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them will treat you like family.

This is not just a review, it's a story! When I was 18 yrs old I filled my first prescription with Best Buy, I am now 50! I have remained loyal & devoted every since. The original owners Dale & Loraine were so wonderful & they made me feel like family! I practically grew up with them! They got to know my three children as they grew up, as well as I got to see their kids grow up. I was heartbroken when Dale & Loraine retired & sold the pharmacy. I was worried things would not be the same, but much to my surprise, the new owner Martin was just as wonderful! Nothing had changed accept the ownership! It's a very personable pharmacy, the wait time is short, they truly know all they're customer's & are dedicated to each & every one of them! No matter what situation you may be in, they'll always work it out on your behalf! Don't let the mom & pop pharmacy fool you. You will NEVER & I mean NEVER have the experience at a CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Smiths, or any other chain, like you will have here! They even offer delivery services! Sandra is the most amazing person, she has been with Best Buy Pharmacy for a very long time! She is my go to whenever I need something, it doesnt matter what it is, she is on top of it with so much warmth & kindness! Matthew is great too! Please give this Pharmacy a try, I know you will never have the need to go anywhere else again! Many thanks to the entire Best Buy Pharmacy team, for always taking such great care of me!!

They are not only warm, friendly, professional & knowledgeable, but they go above & beyond to help me understand my medication ( something my primary did not do at all) & helped me feel much more comfortable taking something new. I have a complicated mix of medications and this pharmacy is phenomenal! I switched a few months ago to best buy drugs from a corporate chain due to their frequent errors - the pharmacists at Best Buy take time to understand my medications and history and are always available for questions. They call me with any concerns they have and know me by name. If you need more from your pharmacy, I highly recommend them!

Everyone at this pharmacy goes above and beyond their requirements. Being in a wheelchair and without a caregiver they have been amazing and so irreplaceable. Thank you everyone because being able to go to pick up my medication is few and far between. 😊🤗

One of the best locally owner pharmacies in the Albuquerque area. With over 60 years in the community serving generations of my family, we won't go to any other pharmacy. Great prices and love the free delivery!

Best Buy Drugs fills all prescriptions for my mother-in-law who is in assisted living. They simply send a bill once a month, and we've never had a problem with their billing of Medicare. If we need a prescription in a hurry, they are accommodating.

My favorite pharmacy. It's an oldfashioned pharmacy where they know your name when you walk in, but are very modern in heir technology and the medications they carry. Pharmacists are always available to discuss options when medications are too expensive. Like I said: My favorite pharmacy.

It's a family owned business, the employees are very nice, respectful and helpful. Their rates are reasonable and the store is very clean and sanitized. They also have a variety of products and merchandise and there is never a long wait.

Great customer service. Check out the other items they have for sale in the store. They actually have some great prices on many items. One thing that I could not believe is the the pricing on candy bars. Reg. bars .25 and King size .50 I almost fell over.
