I see a few people leaving bad reviews on clerks recently..... Although frustrating having the store being locked up you need to know some info........ The night clerks are left ALONE ALL NIGHT. When are they supposed to use the restroom or have a small break. They work 6, 8 and 10 hour shifts ALONE. Do you not go to the restroom when at work? If you wanna blame anyone, blame management and corporate for improper scheduling And IMPROPER security. It's disappointing that they've requested better security and better scheduling and the company could care less about their safety. I've been coming here for YEARS try talking to a cashier one of these days to see WHY things are this way.

I am a regular at this location and usually the staff is super friendly, but today I had an extremely rude encounter with the little girl with glasses behind the register to my left. I can understand having a bad day but telling customers they need to call to get things replaced, refilled or fixed in YOUR place of work and with a life hating attitude at that, is not cool. It's not my fault that you're stuck working at a gas station and/or that you hate your life..please don't take it out on customers, especially the regulars who actually pay for their stuff.

We are from out of town and needed to gas up to continue our road trip. We stopped here around 10:20pm. When we got out of the car again because we are out of state we seen a security guard standing outside the store. My daughter and husband needed to use the restroom. The staff (which was very friendly by the way ) had informed us that they had to close the men's restroom due to somebody smoking some drugs in it. But the women's restroom was available for me and my daughter. The restroom was clean. While grabbing a few item (coffee, chips) not once but 2 times ppl were trying to steal something!!. With a the security standing at the door!. Then when we were pumping gas and getting in the car another lady walked to her car and the staff had to come out side to tell the security guard that she was stealing stuff and the lady jumped in her car and took off. This was just all so confusing and scary at the same time. Just beware of your surroundings when coming here.

Went to grab a beer after a hard work day, saw the sign that said "See cashier for access" I went to the cashier and I thought it was ok for me to grab one and so I did when I saw the glass doors for the beer case were left open a little, I thought they unlocked them. Went back to pay, one of the cashier's reprimanded me for not leaving my I.D. as collateral.
I informed her I didn't know that and that the doors were left open so I thought it was ok.
She repeated herself two more times when I merely tried informing her that the doors to the beers were left opened. Her response was that she "understood that but you still need to leave an I.D." It doesn't seem logical to have the doors to beer left open and no signs that said "I.D. required to access," but still expected to leave an I.D.
She repeated herself one more time, and then I was finally able to pay. I never had such an experience like that, good thing I won't be going back to that location.

I live in the neighborhood, I frequent this location, I expect this location to have issues but after visiting the last 2 times, Andrea the suppose manager that works there is just terrible. They do have a good few ones but this one just hates her job and just the rudest person ever. Yelling at customers if they don’t like it go somewhere else? I’ve seen her be rude to other customers, and in 2 separate visits, she’s been very rude to me. Rarely leave negative feedback but this is an employee being rude to people in my community.
