Today I had an appointment for 10:15 and I was seen at 10:15 for my passport. I don’t remember the young lady’s name, however she was very professional, punctual, and very polite. She knew what she was doing and even carried on a small conversation as she looked over my documents. And we ended within 15 minutes. I will be back to this location again.

Rebecca at this location was AMAZING. We just purchased a new house out here in Arizona City and our package was not delivered to our home address as we need a P.O set up, Rebecca went out of her way to help us and located all of our packages in the back and gave them to us before they were returned to sender! They work hard, give them some slack especially during the Holidays. God Bless

Crazy I drive 10 miles to get better service than I do in Arizona City when I just need to ship things. Shorter lines and staff who really know what they’re doing and are fast and friendly!

My family went to Casa Grande post office for kids passports on 2/28/2023 and got a fantastic service from the lady. We were more than 30min late because we went to the wrong post office which is 10 miles away. The lady was very kind to give us an exception after knowing we went to the wrong office, and processed our kids applications very efficiently. Want to thank her for her kindness and professionalism!

Went to the Casa Grande Post Office for passport photos and mail service and received the best customer service in decades. There were 5 windows open when arrived so things moved quickly. The two staff who helped us were professional, very positive, helpful and did not approach their assistance to me as an inconvenience. Were very clear with the information and provided us good options.

Dealt with Elma today applying for my passport. She was absolutely wonderful! Nice, pleasant along with excellent customer service.

Had a general delivery package. Went in a Saturday morning. Lobby wasn't too busy, two workers at the counter. All was good. No complaints.

My first time there no line, great customer service. I have a lost piece of mail that has been in Washington for 10 days I spoke to Anna and she did her magic I will be getting my mail very soon. Anna is the best mail clerk in the Casa Grande post office. Very very polite. I hope the postmaster at your facility sees this.

They have great service here at this location. All of the workers here are all very friendly. I go in maybe once a week, and they are fast, very fast. Compared to post offices that I have been to in Phoenix, Yuma, Albuquerque, and San Diego, Casa Grande is by far the fastest, I wouldn't have expected that. I'm in and out in a few minutes even when there are people in the line, they just zip through them. Thanks!

I use this post office quite alot and yes there are lines at times but they usually push people thru right away..

Fast and friendly service. I was given the appropriate envelope for what I needed sent out and was helped with verifying all information.

Dustin is may favorite, he has a great sense of humor, calls it like it is and isn’t stuck on fake customer service smiles and gestures.
