Heritage Funeral Home Has Been the greatest at Finding A Safe Caring Place For Our Appropriate Services . (Micah Powell) Surely Helped Myself & Family Deal With Our Grief Effectively, We were at a Tremendous Loss and didn’t know where or how to start. Micah Powell Was Very Honest, patient, professional, Very helpful, And most importantly, He made everything possible “Hands On” where there was Denials from other funeral homes . I can’t even tell you how thankful/Grateful I am of Micah P of Giving My Son Dignity and Respect . Micah P has No Idea how much His compassion/Determination during our tough time has meant to myself and family. Micah is all hands on when others had hands down. His kindness was evident . Heritage was able to make a rough time smooth. They got mom situated and sent home to Massachusetts. I really appreciate they they followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was doing well. They will take care of as much or as little as you decide.

I will forever be grateful with Micah and everyone else at Heritage Funeral Home. They were extremely helpful and kind. When my father passed my sister and I were so lost and didn’t know where to even start with planning my father’s funeral. But Micah and Maureen guided us through the whole process. They answered all our questions, thoroughly explained all of our options and kept us updated daily. The front desk lady (unfortunately I just can’t remember her name) was the sweetest, and so compassionate. Until this day they still check in on us to see how we’re doing. I highly recommend them.

Maureen is incredible. She treated us like her own family. Maureen handled my mother like she was a queen. She is so smart and compassionate. She knew exactly what to say and do. The staff at Heritage in Casa Grande are caring, compassionate, and wonderful. They listen and do what they can to guide and help you in planing and making the final arrangements. I would use them again. When it comes to pre-planning they are very knowledgeable and ready to help.

My dad just recently past. No one is ready on how to deal w/ death. Maureen was very compassionate. She made herself available if I had any questions. Checked to see if I was ok, how I'm feeling. Same thing w/ Beth, she helped me w/ my dads belongings. Micah made things as easy as possible for the funeral arrangements.Made feel that I'm not alone. I have had the opportunity to work with the Heritage staff on two occasions and, in both cases, they were extremely helpful, totally professional and very willing to make themselves available during a very difficult situation. Losing my wife unexpectedly has been the most difficult time of my life. Upon arrival to Heritage Mortuary, we were greeted by Maureen. She guided my family and I through the process with such a compassionate heart. She addressed all of our concerns and made our family feel like our opinions mattered. Our 2nd vist my daughter & I came to see my wife before sending her to San Diego. Maureen did an amazing job with her make-up and nails, she even allowed my daughter to fix her hair one last time. It was such a beautiful & natural moment. We truly felt her compassion for our family, with every request being fulfilled with great senccerity and attention to detail. What really touched our hearts was her daily text messages, checking in on us, up to the day of the service. Thank you Heritage staff for helping us through such a difficult time with such care and compassion

The best experience we had with heritage mortuary at the time of our lost for my father and uncle and aunt very affordable and they treat you like family. We can't thank them enough for all there help.

My experience was the best ever Maureen was very attentive and attention to detail. I would recommend this place to everyone you will not find a better place to have your love one taken care. I totally appreciate these folks and what a wonderful job they did for my loved one.

Honestly went above and beyond for my Dad when he passed. I felt he was in amazing care. All my questions were answered and Everything with my Father's Service from memorabilia, to Music choice , to really everything was great and above and beyond my expectations.
