Service was great as expected with Enterprise, starting with the pick up driver. He was friendly & cheerful. The counter attendant was also extremely friendly & pleasant. The staff member that presented me my rental was also very pleasant, prompt & professional. She was not pushy with any rental additions & I was on my way in no time. The return was just as easy & quick.

I came here for a car rental I wasn't welcomed with an overwhelming display of customer service it was the bare minimum I guess until I took the car back the older female who did the car inspection made up for it she was very pleasant and informative when I asked about their customer referral to their carsales in Gilbert . The price of the rental was not bad especially the unlimited mileage . I would return if I ever need a rental again .

I’m used to dealing with people going through the motions to be friendly as I rent a vehicle. I’ve rented hundreds of cars in my life and I’ve never been taken care of like this. Outstanding ! Genuinely friendly ! Helpful above and beyond ! Special shout-out to Cynthia who was so nice ! Even after our business was done she checked on me waiting outside as my ride was late, twice. Really efficient and good hearted person. I observed other people working there. Really well run harmonious work place.

I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a few years now. Every time I’m in a bind or I want to escape just for a few days or a bigger vehicle for all the family. I made a same day reservation because the Jerry Seiner Jeep dealer jacked me around when I took my Jeep in for warranty work. I walked the half block over to the Enterprise location. I was driving away in less than 10 minutes! Super friendly and helpful staff.

The first rental broke down because of no coolant. They refunded me in full and provided another vehicle. Was initially really upset, but the manager in LA and in Casa Grande were accommodating and very professional.
