While I have never personally used the pharmacy here, I can say that it is always busy and usually hosts a long line, whenever I visit the Bx. The staff seem friendly enough but it seems slightly uncertain on how long you may be waiting for your prescription to be filled.

Everything I seem to activate my new prescription over the phone(or in person), they never seem to have it when I go to pick it up. They tell me all the time that it never got activated. Ugh!

Great staff. Other than it took over an hour for me to get one prescription.

I get a controlled substance that has a routine every month of: Call Psychiatrist, have them send it over. Message Pharmacy over MHS Genesis. Ask to activate. Then go to pick up when they message back to say it's ready.

Only been going here since March 2023. It's August 2023 now. Five months. This is the THIRD time that they "forgot" to fill my specific prescription, despite filling the others I've gone to pick up, despite also acknowledging that this prescription will be ready.

"Oh, they forgot" is what I've been told by the teller once I'm there at the window.

I then get chewed out by a teller because my hearing sucks. Cool. I followed your directions and I'm only here now because you guys screwed up. I'm getting yelled at for your own incompetence.

I'd be mad to if I had to deal with working there though. Taking your anger out on people you are supposed to be helping is a bad look. The people here need to be re-trained and they need more manning.

I do wonder with this situation of my prescription being "forgotten" despite the necessary steps taken, if some tech is stealing my controlled substance, DEA Schedule II medication. It would not surprise me.

I hate going to this pharmacy. In my 10 years, this is the worst and most poorly managed pharmacy I have ever used. Unfortunately, this is the only pharmacy in the local area that can fill the prescription I need.

The pharmacy is poorly labeled, countless elderly folk become confused by where they need to go to pick up vs. Drop off. Folks have to stand in line for usually an hour to pick up meds. Tickets are only pulled for drop off prescription and not for pickup. This practice should actually be done in reverse.

I usually complete the automated refill over the phone, take time off work to go stand in line, only to get to the window to find out my prescription isn't even in stock. This wastes my time, I lose wages, and it wastes other patron's time. Calling the pharmacy is nearly impossible, I have about a 10% success rate so I can't ask ahead of time if my prescription was actually filled before I take time to go over there. When I say I hate going here, I really hate going here

Pharmacy workers are not the issue with my one star review - they are all great. It's your broken phone system. For months there have been issues with the phone system. It will say it's closed when it's not, or you wait on the phone for many times over one hour, are finally number 1 in que, it rings many times, then hangs you up, having to start the call again and wait another 30 minutes to an hour again, hoping this time you don't get hung up on again.

This has been going on for months, and really needs to be fixed. PLEASE

Refills take a week to process and they really couldn't move slower if they tried. Unless you have loads of free time, I highly recommend anywhere else

No same day pick up for refills? Why? Absolutely unacceptable!
