Family Dollar

I love this store! The people that work here are awesome!

Looks a bit worn down from the outside, but inside, there's lots of great deals, well stocked shelves and nice helpful man working there. The lady who works there, not so helpful or nice.

This store is in my neighborhood, the ladies that run the place are fantastic, they know what aisle everything is on, and will often walk you to the item, besides being knowledgeable about what they are selling, they are kind, with a good attitude and seem to actually like their job(s), and want to be there. My car was stolen after I moved here to ABQ seven months ago, so I shop there often because it's only a 30 walk each way!

Was there tonight and the young lady working is extremely rude and there have been a handful of times that I've been in the store when she's working and I have gotten the same treatment from her everytime. Tonight I called her out on it and I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name. The manager John is awesome and so are the other employees. This young lady needs to either go back to training or get a different job where she doesn't need to deal with the public.

I've long been a fan of Family Dollar stores. While not everything costs just $1, very many items do. While I generally go to a large chain store for meats and produce, I prefer to stop in to Family Dollar first for most anything else. The prices are at least comparable to Wal-Mart, and usually lower. Canned goods are usually under $1. Over the counter medications are very much lower priced, as are the miscellaneous items we all need (scotchtape, charcoal and lighter fluid, animal needs, feminine hygiene, candles, etc.). So beside many grocery and pharmacy items, the household goods clothing, candy and cookies are of a wide variety, first-run, good quality and surprisingly inexpensive. Honestly, this is my favorite store to shop because the prices and quality are great. I don't understand why EVERYONE doesn't shop here. Maybe FOLKS with money consider it "ghetto" or just for the poor. They can go ahead and pay more elsewhere, that just leaves more for wise money managers.
The stores are very clean, uncluttered, well-lit, quiet, and safe. I believe they somehow manage to hire the most pleasant, honest, hard working staff of any store.

They always have great customer service here it's nice to have a little store to shop at it's convenient but there some people who steal and Rob them that's why we don't have anything nice on our side of town!

This is a good little store regardless of its location. I walk here frequently and don't mind it at all. They usually have stock of things and their pricing is decent.

I was in and out right away the service was impeccable I was taking care of correctly and everyone was very nice. The neighborhood that is in has issues but we weren't treated in a bad way at all it was really refreshing thank you Family Dollar

Good staff, great services, products are easy to find, as well as it have plenty of items to find. Location might not be for everyone but if you need to stop by you will.
