I had a bad experience as a child so have avoided dentists as much as possible through out my life. I went in for an exam because of a broken tooth and pain in my mouth. They knew of my fear and were amazing with me. I have a lot of work to get done but they are doing everything possible to keep me comfortable and calm in my future apportionments. Everyone there is beyond caring. I strongly recommend this dentist especially if you have any fear and doubt like I did. Also the dentist told me that trying to fix my tooth would be a lost cause and a waste of time and money for in the end. I really appreciate the honesty and him not trying to have me get pointless work done just for more money. I really trust and respect this dentist at this point.

I left a dental practice that I had been going to for over 25 years. The new dentist that took over for my long time dentist did not work out for me. Dr. Kerst and his staff were logistically closer to my home and after my appointment, I am pleased to say I have a new dentist. The facility is clean, the staff is professional, the fees are reasonable (since I pay out of pocket). My hygienist did a great job and was very thorough. Highly recommend!

Dr Kerst has always been on the up and up with his work and costs of dental care ! Great employees as well and treats his employees and customers with much respect ! He has been one of the best dentists I’ve ever had Throughout my life !

I chose this latah dentist office cause it was close to my home. Never did I expect the great hospitality I have received there. I highly recommend them.

No dental business can be perfect but after leaving a 35 year relationship with an extremely skilled and pleasant dentist due to a move, we can honestly say we may have gotten lucky twice! Latah Creek operated by Dr Kerst “fits us” and we are relieved. Employees are professional, focused on patient comfort. There is good clear communication before and during treatment. The facility and technology is clearly maintained and state of art. Dr. Kerst and staff were positive and/or cheerful and that says a lot about a place.

Dr. Kerst and his team are thorough, efficient, and experienced. He's done great dental work for me outside of routine cleanings. They're all wonderful, I highly recommend them.

At my recent first visit, I found the staff and Dr. Kerst down to earth, professional, friendly, skilled, personable, and no "putting on airs". I look forward to my next visit! Really!

I am very happy with Latah Creek Family Dentistry. Dr. Kirst does an excellent job. He takes the time to explain what he is doing. He did a great job with the two crowns I needed. His staff is also very good at what they do.

The kind staff understand the anxiety that patients can have and see to my comfort and needs. They explain any care I will receive and all costs are provided prior to performing the work.
The discount program they offer is also greatly appreciated as I am a self pay patient.
Scheduling appointments has been easy with flexible availability.
I’m pleased I chose them for my dental needs.

I really appreciated so many things about experience as a new patient. Friendly front staff, availability that wasn't 4 months out. In the treatment chair, staff was thorough, professional, and so kind. They provided a treatment plan that included the actual costs and didn't try to push for unnecessary/expensive extras. I am happy to find a new dentist that with such high standards of care.

Great staff all around! I avoid the dentist at all costs due to severe anxiety. I came in for my first visit yesterday and Jenn was very kind and gentle. The doctor found one cavity and due to scheduling conflicts next month they fit me in this morning! I didn’t feel any pain, at all, I am honestly still stunned how easy the visit was. Highly recommend this office!

Well, I understand the great reviews I read before going here now. My first appointment was quite the experience, from the office to the staff. The office is so pleasant and comfortable. Comfortable seats, the decor and even nature brought indoors (check out the bathroom!). The front desk to dental assistants and the dentist...wow. Professional and work as a team, very thorough, explain as they go, listen to what you are saying and address it, and there is level of confidence in their work that I find comfort in. It just all went together so perfectly. You can't find this type of medical care often anymore. So, of course I recommend them to all!

BEST DENTIST OFFICE IN SPOKANE for 2023!!!!! Great dental experience and customer service was second to none. Office was spotless and staff was courteous and attentive to my needed and concerns. Dr. Kerst was excellent in explaining to me the best plan to maintain a healthy mouth for years to come.

Staff is always well organized, kind and communicative. Dr Kerst is always thorough. My family and I have been patients there for several years and am very happy with services here.
