MainStay Suites Extended Stay Hotel Casa Grande

Thank you to all the staff that we came in contact with. Maya was awesome, and so was Cheyenne. You gave nothing but great customer service. My boys just enjoyed the pool. They were out there every chance they got. If you are looking for a place to stay with a full fridge, microwave, two eye stove with a dishwasher along with cups, bowls,plates, and silverware provided. This is the place.

I've stayed in many hotels and i have to say this place has to be the best by far when it comes to Customer service. Heidi was just amazing she made sure to place us in a bigger room that would accommodate my wife, 3 daughters and I! Thank you. The room & hotel are extremely clean it is also very quiet. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quite!!! ALSO PET FRIENDLY!!!!

Recently renovated. Actually some rooms are still being renovated it seems. Very pleasant staff, always greet us and seem to genuinely enjoy being here. We’ve stayed here regularly over the past couple years and they have improved with each visit.

We occasionally have a small issue (remote batteries dead, etc) but they’re always handled quickly and with a smile.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was simply wonderful and well stocked with items, the staff was friendly, and the pool was very nice. The only thing is that since we had an suv towing a car, there was little to no room for us to park without us taking up several spaces. Otherwise, everything about our stay here was wonderful. (They weren’t serving breakfast while we were there, just fyi.)

We had no where else to go and this place opened up a room for us and it's been great. Calm and quiet here and you feel safe in all means. Having the kitchenette is a bonus. The front desk gals,Tiffany & Courtney are great. They really go out of their way for you. I appreciate my stay here. Can't wait to recommend to family when they come out for a visit as well.

we booked a suite for 5 days. Very nice. The motel is under new management and he id's on the ball. sow was missing some dishes but anything we needed, we asked for, and the manager himself saw to it we got it. The breakfast was a feast every morning. Eggs that were to die for, bacon, sausage, muffins, Danish, bagels, toast, Belgian waffles, yogurt coffee and juice and milk. The hotel itself is underway to being cleaned up and repaired. Staff was friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.

My family & I have been here for several weeks. The staff here is top notch, they strive to make each guest feel at home. Rooms are spotless and they even come in and clean rooms of extended guests. We feel safe and at home. Prices are comparable to other extended stay hotels.
I would highly recommend Mainstay Suites to anyone.

We stayed in the two king bed room. Absolutely loved it. Staff was great!

Ruth at the front desk was fantastic! New to her job position, she was pleasantly professional. The room upkeep was evident upon arrival. Good bang for your buck.

My family and I spent four nights there. Everything was very comfortable and the staff was very polite. Becky from the kitchen was very helpful in the breakfast room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone . If I get to return to Arizona I would stay there in a flash.

It was awesome! I stayed for 1 week. I enjoyed it so much i decided to go back and stay for another week. Great experience. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and comfortable. I would definitely go back for another stay!

Great experience .overaall thanks too to Mr FRED.who took care of all our concerns an questions and treated us like we were faamily. Enjoyed our stay will come again soon. The older lady housekeeper native or hispanic was a sweetheart as well had the place smelling good like fabuloso loved it.

Breakfast coffee was so good!
The rooms were sooooooo clean. In side the kitchens was dish washer stove microwave full size fridge .
Had blow dryer a iron a AC worked great.
IN KITCHEN WAS SPOONS KNIFES CAN OPENER BOWLS PANS DRINKING CUPS COFFEE CUPS AND THEY WERE NOT PLASTIC THERE WERE GLASS.
SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE

Honestly couldnt have asked for a better hotel.

Those who say it was nasty ur rude people and should probably stay at home.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful, rooms are nice & clean. I highly recommend the location, close to shopping and food but not to overcrowded.

All the staff here are extremely friendly and nice,if they say they pass along your request or do something for you can count on them to do it, ESPECIALLY Angela on nights. She really took care of us when we really needed help, and I feel she deserves a special recognition for what she did for us and I will forever be eternally grateful to her.

The room was outstanding, clean, and roomy. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the roll away beds were not clean. They need to throw those away and buy new ones.

The people here were awesome. Especially Jenivie took care of us with professional service and even gave me a disabled veteran discount. Had to move room because of a personal issues and the staff there were great. Thanks to all the staff at the Mainstay Suites. Next time I'm in town I will stop by and stay. TOM

this hotel has good working air conditioning. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The suite my family and I stayed in was equipped with cooking and eating utensils. My family and I will stay here again.

Very warming welcome from front staff employees. Nice and very clean room and corridor. Good breakfast with hot cocoa or coffee top of that is very comfortable price...I love it.....kallol & Sumi
