What a lovely 'grandma's vintage kitchen' feel this location provides! This is some tasty home cooking with more than satisfactory portions. Country feel. Soup had good flavor without too much salt. The hamburger pattie was better than expected. Attentive service. Children's toys are even available to entertain the young ones, as well as specially designed bear pancakes. Recommended

This has been on my GO TO list for a long time and it was well worth the visit. Anything I could say about the fabulous friendly always hustling staff or the popular local atmosphere would be just repetitive of the other reviews. I also had some flavourful coffee which is hard to find unless you are paying exorbitant prices at the mermaid chain.
I was impressed by the bacon but unfortunately neither the biscuits nor the sausage gravy were homemade.
I will try some of the suggestions on my next time through.

What a fantastic little place! We were sat and received coffee from a 10-year old girl that was just adorable, such character! It's that kind of place.. It was exactly what we were looking for, and I'll bet it's what you're looking for as well. Don't miss this place if it's just for the old fashioned hospitality.

This is a great little stop to hit. Slammed on the weekends and easier to get into on the week days. Food is really good. I had eggs, hash browns and biscuits n gravy. My bf had eggs, hash, toast, fresh fruit and coffee. Servers are super friendly. They even welcomed my service dog with friendliness. To Which he kindly returned by falling asleep next to me. Lol. Prices are very reasonable . Go check them out!

Hot Coco was delicious and presentation was so cute. Steak & eggs were very well seasoned, gravy was amazing. Meat loaf was on point, definitely recommend. Waitress was great, super friendly, kind and had a very calm and friendly vibe.

I was going to go through a drive through, but I am glad I stopped by. The food was delicious, and the waitress was great! I had the carnitas omellette and the french toast. Highly recommended and pricing .was not expensive.

I had an outstanding experience at Miss Fitz 260 Cafe! The staff's friendliness and warmth added a special touch to our visit. Fun food served in a friendly hospitable manner with lots of heart and atmosphere. Competitively priced with large portions. Drinks reasonable, only $2.50, for a large iced tea or soda with refills to go. Pies homemade daily and HUGE slices! The Reuben was piled high with corned beef and homemade sourkraut. Onion rings battered and served at no extra charge. Patty melt filled my husband with some left over. Fries battered and seasoned. Give it a try but arrive before 3pm as it closes early!

Stopped in with a large group on a Sunday morning. Amazed they were able to seat us quickly, the waitress was ON IT, amazing serving a large group with 4 checks.

Good came out and was great, coffee and a waters kept flowing.

Great breakfast. We’ll be back.

Rustic, not old, well used, not worn, and good food all aptly describe Miss Fitz 260 Cafe, easy to find, great people with friendly service, good food that closely matches home cooking, even the coffee is drinkable, not too strong, not to weak but just right, popular with the locals, less than 5 minute wait for table, parking in front and rear of building, small restaurant with huge ratings that are well deserved, 5 stars and a recommendation.

Fast and good service alway super nice and responsive

The downside is no shade in parking and inside is a little bit hot inside, but I will go back every time I am in Payson

One of the best little breakfast secrets in Payson! Well worth the 2 hour drive from Phoenix JUST FOR BREAKFAST! Food is delicious and hot when it arrives to you, the servings are very large and priced very well. Service is quick, and everyone is greeted as they walk through the door. You absolutely will NOT regret your choice of a breakfast stop!

Best breakfast I've had in a long time! Great service, laid back small town feel, and the portions are amazing for the price. Definitely coming back again on our way through Payson.

We stayed at Kohl’s Ranch and the front desk host recommended this place to us. It is an old time diner with a great atmosphere! Our server Amber and the busser worked so hard! Finally the good part- the food was well worth the money and so delicious!

Such a quaint adorable diner! Came through here on my way from Texas to Cali . Stoped for coffee and a omelette . Was able to sit and chat with the regulars while having a lovely breakfast . Star was absolutely adorable . Small town diner with small town feels ♥

overall the experience here is really nice. i loved the fact that none of the coffee mugs matched, it added to the atmosphere. i’ve been here a couple times and tried a few things, mostly everything besides the blueberry pancakes was absolutely delicious. very much recommend

We were Looking for a quick breakfast before an appointment. This was the spot!
We were greeted immediately and told to sit anywhere. We were served with Coffee and had received our Order in about 10 minutes. Home Cooked food and was Delicious. Easy access and right off hwy 260. This place you can tell has been here for years, if not decades. Hats off to the Cook waitress and Owner Great Job!!!!!

This Cafe is a true blast from the past. The uncomformed look of all the furniture and farmhouse decor will have you thinking you're at grandma's for breakfast. The food is all very fairly priced and is amazing. The lobster omelet is packed with large chunks of lobster, breakfast sandwich is fresh and full of flavor. None of the food is overly greasy, and you can tell it's made with quality in mind.
