Very nice people and very fast we had our marriage license within 20 minutes and married two days later and getting copies tomorrow fast and easy.

I must change my review of the pinal county court. I had gotten a littering ticket for flicking my cigarette out the window in 2005. Which caused my license to be suspended. Went to jail over this ticket twice and was unable to visit my brother in prison. Its 14 years later and i finally made it to open court! I live in Phoenix so its kinda far. I just wanted to be able to visit my brother. And the judge asked me why i was there i said i want to see my brother and this is stopping me and he gave me time served. I just cried. 3 weeks later i seen my brother. I thought i was going to jail that day but he had a much better surprise for me I'm forever grateful to the judge. Thank you so much Sincerely Anna=)

They were very helpful even went out of there way to look into way dmv was holding on to my license thank you Albert

I personally feel that courts shouldn’t have reviews due to the circumstances and the fact that 9/10 people are there for something they don’t want to be there for and will have biased reviews....I found myself in that same boat when I received a citation. I took an online defensive driving school and the school had messed some items up. I called the court frustrated and the First Lady I spoke to was very rude to me and told me that I should have taken care of this sooner (even though I was 3 days early) and that now she is going to suspend my license. Frustrated I hung up and called the next week, I spoke with another lady that was much nicer and she sat on the phone with me and looked over my case number and was able to verify that everything was going to be ok with my license and that I did all of my part. So THANKS TO THE LADY I SPOKE TO ON MONDAY YOU ROCK!!!

I had tried calling for two days in a row before I could reach anyone. The finally answered this morning. I'm assuming they must be very busy. FYI if you need to file a garnishee's answer, you can mail it to this address though regular USPS mail within 10 days.

It blows my mind that we the people are equipped with such a poor justice system, every time i call i am hung up on, whats the point of a phone number if youre just gonna hang up on me every time, pretty sure weve payed enough in taxes to not have this issue…

I have called over 60 times within the last two months regarding a traffic ticket. No answer and now the people will decline and hang up on your call without saying a single thing. Horrible services and everyone should be fired at this court house. Utterly ridiculous.

You would like they that work there would fix the issues. Such a darn shame, their customer service is really terrible. I do not think its the employees, I am thinking its the limited services that they provide but customers would know if they would answer their phones and speak with understanding and hear the customers. Their security is terrible too with service. Someone needs to really do something about this

In the court administration building today there was a disabled gentleman who was trying to explain but he had a speech impediment and was mentally disabled and the court clerk that was supposedly was very unprofessional and inpatient with him I was completely disgusted with how they treated him if I could give zero stars I would!

After sitting through a list of phone numbers, their recording tells you to stay on the line to talk to a real person. I tried calling them 14 times today and every time it told me to wait for someone, it hung up on me.
Very professional.
Update a week later: Called 23 times today. No luck.
