Nice covered storage area. Very roomy to get around with my 39’ toy hauler. Pass code needed to get in and out and that made me feel better about security. Dump station on site is nice and clean. The lot lines are painted on the compacted dirt which will probably crumble and blow away with the desert wind. The middle roof top leaks water along the roof seam which splashes mud up on the side of the RV. All in all, very happy with this storage facility. And the staff is very nice.

RV dump has no water hook up for tank flush and dump hook up is to high so not enough down hill flow from RV.

Area is clean and the office always would return calls.
