Ken was professional and courteous during my therapy. Listen to me during my time spent there, guiding me through exercises to make me stronger at every visit. Also gave me copies of exercises to do at home which was a plus. I would recommend him to anyone needing PT.

Faced with vertigo for ten to twenty years. I met with nie in 1 day.
She solved my problem to the point of almost 80%. I have another appointment tomorrow and I'm sure it will be fixed Completel I've been told by other facilities that it was too far gone and they couldn't fix it and she did. I absolutely love it.
I will not use anybody else except Nikki and the facility that she represents,Banner Physical therapy. Simply put the service was the best I have ever received anyway. I am eighty four years old and have been afflicted with this issue for years and years and she fixed it. Can't be better than that.

My first appointment with Nikki Erickson, PT at Banner Physical Therapy in Casa Grande was great. The clinic was clean and well organized and Nikki is an excellent Therapist. Experienced and knowledgeable, she explained things to me and made sure I understood. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been a patient here for 8 months, 1-3 times a week. I tore both my ACL's and required surgery on both legs. I started my journey here at Banner before surgery, during surgery, and now after surgery with Trevor and Beverly. These two have been amazing through the entire process. They attention to detail and safety for their patients is top notch. My only complaint is I wish their hours were consistent for people who need early appointments. It seems they open at 6am some days and 7am other days. It's a little diffult for people who just need 6am appointments everyday of the week. I recommend more early hours for people who have to be at work. Also the front desk ladies have been very helpful and accommodating as best they can be with the hours they have available. They call me back in 24hrs and have been very responsive through this whole process. If the front desk ladies seem a little snobbish at first, they really aren't. They just take a little while to warm up to you. It took about 3 months before I saw one of them to crack a smile. Haha but then again I am just overly smiley so it could just be me.

Kelly did such a great job with my therapy and gave me all the tools to keep working on my knee injury. It's much better. I also love the staff and offices at Banner Physical Therapy in Casa Grande. Just a great experience overall. Many thanks!

Nikki is the best point blank at being a physical therapist at banner physical therapy Casa Grande! I am personally hoping once I feel better to go finish my physical therapy with her. She is carrying, understanding, and always listening to how you are feeling! You are not a number with her, you are a human being!

I’ve worked for three weeks with Ken and I believe my leg muscle recovery has been well orchestrated by him. Besides working personally with him, I’m able to use the same work in my personal gym. Thus, I’ve had a quick recovery.

This place is incredible. All the therapists are super friendly and very dedicated to their patients. I was very lucky to have Brian for short time, he was very good and helpful. Then I had Erica. She's been so dedicated to find that great exercise that could help me the most, always trying new exercises that will help my painful areas. She is super awesome!

Trevor has been professional in all aspects of my medical care. Regarding my physical therapy care , having a new and complicated knee replacement his physical approach has been one that helps to alleviate the pain and helped return me to good physical restoration. Having been a medical professional in the past myself his work compares to that of what one would find at MCR, Colorado or the Mayo Clinic of Minnesota.

Nikki is a very caring and through PT. She makes a new assessment each time she sees me to make sure we are making progress. Also shares information about other possibilities to help me with pain relief. I feel very lucky to have her as my PT!

They're quick to get you into your appointments, and the therapists can juggle at least two patients at a time, but they are right there watching and helping you along the way.

PT Erica is amazing!! She explains everything so I fully understand what’s going on with me, and how we’re gonna correct it. She takes the time to fully focus on me, and truly cares!!
